GoogleJust wanted to let everyone know to stay away from Xact homes Solihull if possible. Extremely unreliable and uneithical/unprofessional company. Got house offer accepted in July above asking price. Got survey which showed some cracking so sorted a structural survey. Paid almost over a £1000 for them. Just when the contracts were about to be signed. Get an email if you are interested in this new property on the market and guess what? It is the property I am in process of buying. Now put up £20,000 over the price of mine. Where is the decency to call me 1st and talk. Of course legally one can pull out before contract signed but the way they dealt with this matter. Horrendous and unacceptable. Waste of time and money.
