The team did an exceptional job, providing fantastic communication, regular updates, and consistent feedback, which allowed us to build a wonderful relationship with them. Jacob and Liz were also great to work with. Both Nicola and Jacob showed us around viewings and actively worked to try and help us find our next dream home. We've just experienced some great customer service from the Knowle branch of Exact estate agents in Solihull, when recently viewing and making an offer to buy one of their advertised properties. The manager/sales negotiator who is looking after us is Jacob Endley and as we currently live approx. 125 miles from Solihull, it's quite tricky to arrange viewings and work our way through the various steps and processes involved. Jacob was so helpful in every way possible. He is friendly, experienced, knowledgeable, listened and responded to our questions and requests and came back to us very promptly on the same day with all of the answers. We then arranged a 2nd viewing with him for the next day, for which he had to shuffle his diary around to fit us in at lunchtime, before we travelled South and back home We were able to negotiate and agree our purchase with him the very next day, since when he's emailed us all the necessary forms and information to confirm the deal very promptly. My wife and I would highly recommend Exact in Knowle for your next sale or purchase.

Xact were initially recommended to us by multiple friends who had recently sold their homes. In our case we had a relatively unique perspective since the property that we sold, as well as the property we purchased, were both offered through Xact meaning we can speak to the experience from both sides. Xact provided exceptional customer service all the way from our first inquiry through to the final move. Every member of the team was incredibly kind and informative, and really went the extra mile to make sure we felt supported.  Their small and frequent personal touches were recognised and appreciated and made all the difference to us as we went through something that could have been so overwhelming. Having just sold our home through Xact, I literally cannot recommend them highly enough. Despite being on a strict completion deadline for personal reasons, having our first buyer pull out for economic reasons and experiencing an incredibly challenging buyer at the bottom of our chain, the team at Xact went above and beyond at every stage! A professional company who know their stuff and work hard for both seller and buyer. Exact are in the process of completing the sale of my property in Knowle. I cannot say I have had a long relationship with the company and individuals because from going on the market to an agreed sale has taken less than a week and I had several offers to consider! My initial interaction was with Jacob who visited to value my property. Aside from being courteous and professional his knowledge of the area and data surrounding the agreed valuation was exceptional. Most reassuring and he was correct in all the key points he put forward. The ladies who visited to measure and photograph the property were efficient and professional and the in-house sales team have provided swift and concise feedback. If someone suggests Exact are too big a company to sell your property with and they will not provide you with a local service they are wrong. A local, personal experience is what I have received to date and I would highly recommend using their services.
