All the staff helped significantly , pleasantly and promptly while we were overseas not only in expediting all aspects of the marketing and sale within a very tight timeframe, but also in assisting with the termination of the tenancy and clearance of the property to achieve vacant possession.

5 Star review!! I wish there were more stars to describe the experience with Wright Marshall Northwich. The team go above and beyond to make a very stressful experience much easier to deal with. Alan especially always on hand guiding through the process and going the extra mile outside of the remit of what I believed an agent should do. Jack also, always on hand to guide and answer queries and update on progress. I can’t thank you both enough for everything you do!

We have had contact with Wright Marshall, Northwich over a period of years and feel we got to know the staff well. During our contact Jack Braithwaite took over as manager and there was a marked raising of standards and professionalism generally. Whilst assertive he is friendly and gives a feeling of genuine concern for the job but most importantly the customer. The photographs he takes are set to sell the property at its best and if you work with him and take his advice your house sells quickly. Alan who does the viewings is kind, caring and genuine. He has been known to go above and beyond for us in trying to help us find the right home to move to - even calling round to tell us of a property of the type we were searching for - in case we hadn't seen it. Alan takes care to understand about the history and character of the house - it's unique selling points and design features that will be of interest to prospective purchasers and leaves you feeling the house is in safe hands. He also gives you time to 'offload' and this helps you deal with the anxieties selling your home can create. A good friend in a time of need. Trudie we got to know less since she joined the firm during the latter part of our contact with Wright Marshall. However as with Jack and Alan she was friendly, always rang us back and her advice was sound. She gave the impression of being very efficient and when she said she was qoing to do something she did it. Generally I can't fault them as a team and I think Wright Marshall are lucky to have them in Northwich

I used Wright Marshall Northwich for finding my business premises and I cannot recommend them highly enough! From the very beginning, Alan was excellent in finding me the right kind of property and making sure it ticked all the boxes. He and the whole team at the Northwich branch were quick and very responsive to emails and any questions that I needed following up. In addition to this, once in the property, Jack has been fantastic at responding to further requests. Above all, the service provided has been friendly, helpful and smooth. Thank you!

A truly superb estate agent

My brother and I faced the daunting task of selling a relative’s house from a distance. We entrusted this task to Louise and her team at Nantwich. We could not have made a wiser decision! Through many ups and downs for over a year, arising from an unfortunate sad event and a number of buyers who got so close but then backed out at the last minute, Louise kept cheery and smiling and encouraged us to remain as optimistic as she undoubtedly was. Her optimism was well-founded and, as a result of her superb professionalism and her sheer dogged determination to sell this property, we got there in the end, at a house sale price which was ‘right’.
