GoogleI would recommend Woodlands Estate Agent to anyone in the area looking for a really nice, friendly and helpful experience. Our experience with Chris Roadknight in particular has been absolutely exceptional! We are first time renters and to be honest we had some worries about going in with very little knowledge. Chris was not only really helpful every step of the way, he also took the time to answer some of our more tedious questions and queries which we really appreciated. He was so helpful and responsive, even drawing us a detailed floor plan as we couldn't visit for a second viewing due to the lockdown. Agent Steve Frank safely and with full PPE showed us round the property and then helped day in / day out with completion of the sale. The sale was tricky, involving a land title split, but Steve was absolutely superb in keeping me updated and reassured, his calm and positivity really helped throughout the process. GoogleWoodlands have managed a rental property on my behalf for the past 5 years. They've been incredibly tolerant of me learning to be a landlord, and have been receptive to some of the ideas that I wanted to bring to this little side business. Carolyn and co in the Horsham lettings office have done a wonderful job of sourcing quality tenants, and where things have needed doing either between tenancy or during, rock star property manager Katie has been there to help me figure it out. For the amount of business I'm worth (one 3-bed house), they give me a lot of their time, often with no notice. So far they've always been happy to engage with me and I always feel heard. I believe there's always room for improvement, so strictly speaking it's 4.5 stars from me, but for the sake of advertising I'll round up to 5 :)PositiveResponsiveness, Value

GoogleFor sales Woodlands offers fantastic service from start to finish & having sold & bought via them recently, I can't recommend them highly enough & would have no hesitation in going straight to Woodlands next time. All the sales team members (Dave, Mike & the 2 Steves) have worked for Woodlands for many years; they also live locally so have detailed, long-term experience of the area and the properties within it. When looking to instruct, I visited every agent in Redhill plus a couple in Reigate: Woodlands were one of the few to give me a clear answer to 2 initial questions & my positive first impression was confirmed when Mike visited to estimate. This was followed by superb, seamless, supportive service from start to finish & the effort Woodlands invested was a revelation to me. Emails received prompt responses; messages were passed on; phone calls returned & when I visited the office, all the team members greeted me by name, knew which property I was selling/viewing/buying & could give me an update on progress - invaluable once in a chain to exchange/complete. GoogleWe were very impressed with the way Woodlands helped us with the sale of our property during a difficult time. Initially they guided us on what was a realistic price at which to market our house, then arranged a number of viewings which resulted in us selling the property at close to the asking price within 10 days. The virus outbreak meant that the whole process was delayed, resulting in us losing our initial buyer, but Woodlands remarketed our house and we found a second buyer within a week, despite the obvious difficulties presented by Covid.
