GoogleWoodlands have been brilliant through my many years of tenancy in just the one property. The team were always super responsive to any requirements made for property maintenance during my time there. I would highly recommend Woodlands to any friends and family and especially a big thank you to Karen Loy who was always very professional and respectful during the property visits over the years and especially of great help when it came to my end of tenancy.

GoogleI have used woodlands for the last 7 years while renting my flat. They have provided a exception service, very accommodating and quick to reply. Any problems we have had have been sorted out quickly and efficiently. The staff are friendly and helpful and I would highly recommend.

GoogleI was quite pleased with the whole experience. Dani Egglestone (a property assessor at Woodlands) listened to me and understood exactly what I needed. She made the process very easy, keeping me up to date on developments and practically holding my hands till the process of getting the house was completed. The aftercare was also great. I would certainly recommend this estate agents.

GoogleWe have rented out our property for around 9 years with Woodlands and have had a great experience. They managed all the required maintenance/legal requirements and organised any work. We consistently had tenants in the property without breaks and the Woodlands team always gave us honest and open advice. We subsequently had a great experience selling the same property through Woodlands. I would highly recommend!

GoogleHaving used Woodlands a few times over the years there was never any doubt who I would instruct to sell my property again and I am so pleased that I did. My sale was somewhat urgent as I had made an offer on another property and did not want to miss out. I rang on the Wednesday, photos had been taken by Friday, although these could have been done the next day and I was on the market by Monday. By Tuesday morning I had viewings booked in and sold Tuesday night!! The whole transaction was pushed through in 3 months which given the testing times with covid was incredible and mostly down to David's constant pushing of solicitor's.David, Simon and Ian were yet again fantastic and an absolutely pleasure to deal with as were the girls in the office, in particular Lynda who dealt with contracts and paperwork swiftly and efficiently. I honestly can not thank you enough for all the time and effort you dedicated to me and the patience you showed when answering my ridiculous questions....and there were a few! I honestly can not recommend Woodlands enough and would never use another Estate Agent in the future. Thank you again. You are all amazing.

GoogleWe bought our house through Woodlands back in 2001 and had a great service then, so when time came to sell our parents flat, and despite shopping around for the best estate agent, we still decided on Woodlands because of the honest and genuine way they came across. We put the property up for sale a month before lockdown in March 2020 was obviously unfortunate timing. Being very difficult time for our family anyway, the Horsham team were always courteous, so helpful and attentive to the current events every step of the way. From valuation to exchange/completion, they were totally first class. We will definitely call them when we next need an Estate Agent!. GoogleWe were so lucky to buy a flat that was being sold through Woodlands, as Simon Ley led us through the process with total professionalism, liaising with all the parties concerned from surveyors to the management company to the legal teams, and acting as a vital bridge between the sellers, who were not local, and ourselves. He was at all times calm, friendly and reassuring, easy to get hold of and always went the extra mile to iron out any kinks in what turned out to be a much more lengthy and challenging conveyancing process than anyone anticipated. We would 100% recommend Woodlands and are thrilled with our purchase!
