GoogleWe knew from the moment Simon greeted us that we had faith in him to sell our property in Horsham. Fantastic Team , excellent communication, arranged numerous house viewings resulting in a sale. Brandon was exceptional in supporting us during the sale process which wasn't as daunting as it could have been without his support , always kept informed, nothing was too much trouble, at times he went over and above, and we appreciate all that he did for us as we are now settling in to a beautiful new home. He answered all our questions clearly and made the process very straightforward. A special mention to Euan as well for handling the handover and dealing promptly with our after move-in concerns. GoogleIain Campbell and Brandon Wilson provided an excellent service in the sale of my late father’s home. Iain was kind considerate and empathetic at the time of valuing the property for probate. He is the reason we chose Woodlands and then we dealt with Brandon who supported us through the sale process and showed excellent communication. GoogleWoodlands Estate Agents are really professional but personable at the same time. Not only did we purchase our property through them, we also sold it through them. Smooth end-to-end process, attentive and a great team. Although we had a chance to collaborate with David and Mike, we have pretty much had contact from the rest of the team who are no less and ensure that everything is completed on time and as a stressless process. If you're picking an estate agent to purchase or sell through, Woodlands are highly recommended. If I move back into the area, I'd go through them again.

TrustpilotDidn’t fix things, and then charged excessive move out fees
We were in a let managed by Woodlands for about 18 months. The experience was quite negative. The key issue was a lack of responsivenes. The letterbox broke, and it took them 8 months to get someone to fix it. That meant we had a draught coming into the house all winter. The landlord’s family also had mail delivered repeatedly to the house, which we had to hang onto for months at a time because no one would come to pick it up. The final negative experience was that they stung us with several hundred pounds of penalties when we left. Some of this was cleaning fees (we had already paid for a cleaner, so this was frustrating), but also the tiny patio next to the house had some leaves on it. Woodlands insisted we pay another £60 for a gardener to brush these up. We said we were still in the area and could do this, as it would take 5 minutes, but they insisted on charging us. In general - not responsive, and we felt like they were keen to wring money out of us.

GoogleI have to say my experience with Woodlands Estate Agents has been a great pleasure. I live in London, and am quite the technophobe, (working out how to leave this review nearly flummoxed me) but I've only had to leave my chaise longue once, perfect. Everyone worked with me and made the whole experience easy. All the people I engaged with were both efficient and charming, though the speed with which they used these skills to quickly secure a sale for us, impressed me the most. We'd just switched agency having had nil interest, within days we'd had a viewing, swiftly followed by an offer. We were all then steered safely through the sale closure. I can only offer my thanks and respect to Iain, Lynda and all the rest of their colleagues that I did or didn't meet. I would certainly recommend this Estate Agency.

GoogleI had a great experience working with Megan throughout the letting process. She was professional, responsive, and kept me informed at every stage. She was always happy to answer my questions, communicated clearly, and made the process as smooth as possible from the initial viewing through to the tenancy agreement. I particularly appreciated her patience, prompt updates, and willingness to accommodate my request to change the tenancy start date and monthly payment date.
