We have been customer of Woodlands since 2003 and have bought two properties and sold two with them, as well as renting out two properties through the years. Best service and I like that I know the names of the people who remained the same through the years.

Although I am an estate agent in another area, I chose Woodlands to deal with my sale so I did not have the stress of dealing with it personally. It was absolutely the correct decision. Woodlands have dealt with all the viewings and after sale progression, and handled any issues quickly and effectively. I have been impressed by their professionalism and support throughout the whole process and really appreciate how smoothly everything has gone. Shout out to Lucas, Liz and Mike who were readily available to answer any questions. I knew exactly what to look for in an agent and definitely found it in Woodlands. Thoroughly recommended. Woodlands have been absolutely fantastic from start to finish, and we genuinely can’t thank the team enough for all of their hard work and support throughout the entire process. From our very first phone call to discuss putting our house on the market, right through to viewings, negotiations, the sales process, exchange and finally completion, everything was handled with professionalism, efficiency and care. A special mention has to go to Brandon, Ben and Simon, who have all been exceptional throughout. Their level of customer service has truly stood out and made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable. Ben in particular was outstanding at keeping us informed every step of the way, not only with our sale but with updates across the entire chain as well. We've been with Woodlands for 13 years, and their service has been excellent throughout. Most recently, Chris helped us through a change of tenancy for our property, and the experience was very positive. He kept us informed throughout the process, and when the first prospective tenants withdrew their offer, he quickly found another suitable tenant for us. He was also very patient and took the time to explain everything in great detail. Chris handled our concerns professionally and made a great effort to ensure the process moved forward as smoothly as possible. We would also like to say a big thank you to Sam, who has been incredibly supportive over the years. She is always friendly, approachable, and quick to respond. Whenever we have had concerns or worries, she has helped us find the best possible solution, making the whole process far less stressful. It is this consistency, professionalism, and personal touch that has kept us with Woodlands for so long. We really appreciate all the help and support.

Ms Arnold took great care in gathering detailed information about our family as prospective tenants, as well as our specific needs and property requirements. Based on this, she thoughtfully analysed the agency’s portfolio, identified landlords who are open to non-UK residents, and presented us with a very suitable rental option. Megan acted with impressive efficiency, promptly arranging property viewings.
