GooglePoor customer service. Always want to do things by email. One of the staff was particularly obnoxious. Took me to see 2 completely different properties and not the ones I wanted. I wouldn't deal with them if they were the last agents on the planet

Dear Mr Parker, I am very sorry to read your comment of our services. Having investigated your claims I can see that of the properties you viewed you actually did want to go forward with one. Unfortunately in this case the landlord changed his mind with regards to his intentions to rent or sell which is frustrating for all concerned. There is no indication on your record that would suggest you were unhappy with our service at the time and having spoken to the member of staff concerned they were surprised and saddened to read your review. GoogleIf you are looking to rent in Redhill or Reigate, then these are the guys for you. This is the second flat we have rented using these guys and the service has always been faultless. They are quick to respond and very personable, they make sure things are sorted and have provided smooth moving in and out services. In Particular Sam K is a dream. GoogleThey start off very nice, but as soon as they start taking your money they become unreliable. If I found my dream home but it was only available via Woodlands, I would strongly consider finding somewhere else. I entirely regret entering into contracts with them and I would strongly urge anyone considering the same to do so very, very carefully.NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleWe used Woodlands Lettings in Horsham and dealt with Carolyn. From the initial phone call right through to putting an offer through we had nothing but a pleasant experience. Carolyn listened to our needs and found us a fantastic property that suited our needs PERFECTLY! She kept us to date throughout the offer and subsequent referencing. We viewed properties during covid restrictions and she brought spare face masks, gloves, and shoe covers to ensure that both us and the current tenants felt comfortable throughout the process. GoogleMy girlfriend and I have recently moved into a flat let by Woodlands and we're sincerely happy. Prompt viewing, a swift referencing process, no unexpected fees, full transparency from day one, immediate response whenever we posed a question and all of this conducted remotely via email and phone, which is essential given the relevance of social distancing. We didn't have to step into the office until it was time to sign the agreement. Upon being handed the keys, we were over the moon with the impeccable state our flat had been left in for us, which goes to show how thorough and forthright the agents are. I've engaged with letting agents a few good times in the past but I'll gladly say no experience has been as seamless as with Woodlands. We truly are pleased and trust that this is the standard policy within the company. Honest and heedful.

Chris Roadknight has been my letting agent who has assisted me with enquiries in finding a new property to rent and the service from start to finish has been fantastic. I've been looking for a place for a while that is suitable for myself and my daughter with a high criteria of affordability, location etc. Chris has helped with any questions I have and has ensured everything has run smoothly. I moved into my new place on Saturday 20th and after spending a long time being let down by other estate agents, I really couldn't be happier. GoogleI have bought and sold properties and also have two rental properties under management with Woodlands and all I can say is they are one of the best efficient and well priced agents I have ever worked with. Much better than any of the big agents which I also work with who have exorbitant charges. The team in all the departments and friendly and professional and resolve things quickly I cannot recommend them enough if you are looking to buy sell or rent. Jon

Any time we’ve had any issues, no matter how big or small, their care and responsiveness has been without fault. In the main, I have dealt with Sam Knight and I can’t speak highly enough of her customer care.
