Woodlands have been managing our property for over two years and have always been efficient and proactive when dealing with every requirement of letting a property. Their advice and guidance has always been given readily, which has been invaluable and essential with the ever-changing laws and legislation of renting a property. In hindsight I would thank my stars to connect me with woodlands when we were searching for tenancy in Redhill and right from signing tenancy agreement till our last day, we never faced even a single issue with Woodlands. Each one of the agents - Chris, Katie, Both Sam,Karen, Steve are absolutely wonderful human beings in addition to being very responsive & helpful. Unfortunately, our tenancy had to end as we had to move abroad else we would have continued at our Garlands road home. Thank you Woodlands for making our Redhill stay so smooth and I wish you all the good luck and good health.

The whole experience with Woodlands was extremely professional. Karen and Sam were really responsive and happy to work with me, even though I needed to rent an apartment on a short notice while moving from abroad which meant complex paperwork. The apartment was in good order and I haven't had any problems at all, no landlord horror stories to tell - e.g. the inventory was well prepared, it included correct meter readings and everything, the apartment was clean & spotless and everrything works.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

I have had the pleasure of receiving assistance from Sam Arnold who fully understood my requirements and kept me in mind during my search for a property to rent, while ultimately I did not use the services of Woodlands Estate Agents, I feel that Sam went out of his way to assist me in my search and maintained a good level of communication throughout. Sam was knowledgeable about the properties recommended and made sure that they fit the requirements that I was looking for.
