GoogleWe had a nice experience so far with this agency , they have some lovely people inside , like Trudi and Barry , quick response when we had issue . They need to work a little with a few people inside , but overall i would recommend the agency :)

GoogleTrying to get through to them can be difficult. HOWEVER once you get through and express firmly what you would like, they can be prompt when organising a viewing. That being said during the actual viewing I left feeling disappointed and rushed. Shant be using this agency again. Some improvements: - make sure you actually know the property you are showing - respond to emails or set an auto response so people don't get ignored - dont rush people through property viewings as this will loose you business

GoogleSteve and the team were as helpful and accommodating as possible whilst we prepared our flat for the market. Good communication throughout. We would definitely recommend them.

GoogleHad a last minute problem with the landlord backing out less than 48hrs prior to move in, lucky for us that Chris was on his feet trying to help us find new houses ASAP. He was dedicated and catered our needs,helped us finally moved in to a way better house than our initial choice. kudos to Chris, also to mention sam.

GoogleI can’t say enough good things about these chaps! Changed our view of Estate Agents!They are so professional. They earned their commission working hard for us. We had suffered at the hands of other bigger companies with branches in Redhill, who sent Saturday staff to show people around with no knowledge of the property and other tales of woe. Nothing like this with Woodlands! It’s a bullsh*t free zone with friendly guys who know the job. Go and see them and get your house sold! It’ll be a fair price, great, friendly service, no hot air talk and they work their socks off to sell your house!

GoogleVery helpful friendly service. They found me a great property, which didn't work out, but then let me know when another almost identical one was coming on the market, which I proceeded to buy with help of Dave and crew at Woodlands. I can't recommend them enough.

Communication is brilliant, process is simple (no over complicated forms/ online uploads) and the result was perfect. Thanks Tom!

GoogleRenting from Woodlands was a breezy and painless process. Their fees are really fair in comparison to some of the other agents out there. After care has been brilliant. If you're looking for a nice surprise, contact the lovely team and I'm sure they will help.

GoogleAmazing service, Chris who sorted out my letting was extremely helpful and friendly. He was always happy to answer any questions I had (which was a lot as new to renting). After moving in I had an issue with the main lock which was quickly sorted and Katie was very helpful though the whole process. All the staff at Woodlands seem super friendly and helpful. I really can’t recommend Woodlans high enough

GoogleWoodlands were the selling agent on a new build property we have purchased recently. Right from our first viewing the team were excellent - not too pushy on the viewings and willing to give us our own space, but at the same time available to answer and questions. Once we were under offer they kept us in the loop well and responded to all queries/requests very promptly and accurately. I would highly recommend them!
