GoogleWould totally recommend Woodlands Horsham. We recently (Jan 2020) sold our Mum’s house with Iain, Lexi, David & team. From beginning to end they were polite, helpful, professional and friendly, nothing was too much trouble.

GoogleAs tenants we received awful service throughout tenancy and a terrible checkout. Any issues we had were dealt with very slowly and only really progressed if we chased. This includes issues with mould which took over 2 months to get any answers about. Emails were often ignored for weeks. Checkout service was shocking. We paid £180 for checkout and the pictures we received were laughable. They tried to charge us for marks on the walls that you could not see in pictures. When we raised that point, we were told that we would just have to believe the agents that they were there and we couldn’t see them as the pictures were small. If you are going to charge £180 and then try and charge for additional costs I would expect to at least receive pictures where things can be seen. Also responses from Woodlands during this time were often rude and answers to questions raised were incomplete. The cleaning company used is also a joke. Massively overcharge and then the invoice just says invoice and an amount. No detail of work done or labour costs. When woodlands were questioned on this they had no idea how they charged so they effectively allow them to make up a number and woodlands don’t care as they pass the costs onto tenants. Also the cleaning company is based in Croydon so those in Horsham are also most likely paying for 60 miles of petrol and travel when numerous Horsham based cleaners are available. If you do use Woodlands my advice would be to take pictures of everything when you move in as they will try to charge you for things that aren’t your fault when you move out.

GoogleWhat can I say about Woodlands Estate Agents. Well when we came to sell our flat we had a buyer within two weeks at the expected value we hoped to achieve, guided by the team. Admittedly, it fell through, and they had it sold again, in another two weeks. After experiencing other agents and their so called ‘customer service’ we found ourselves increasing drawn to the Woodlands team with their genuine care and want to find us a new home. This they did and we are very pleased with all the wizardry and care all the team put in to our very particular specifications. To sum up; if you want your property sold, these are the team for you. If you want to find the house that you want to live in, these are the team for you. Thank you to all the Team and the Wizard

GoogleI cannot rate these folk highly enough. I bought a property through them, and I had real problems with other parties involved. All the staff were brilliant and helpful, especially David, who went above and beyond his obligations. In fact I got more help from him than my own solicitor. So yes, I can thoroughly recommend Woodlands Estate Agents.

I was kept informed of any new developments every step of the way and felt that the whole team were working extremely hard to achieve exchange and completion.
