GoogleWe have been really pleased with Wood and Pilcher throughout our buying process. Everything has been organised well and they have been highly communicative. Wood and Pilcher ensured that the process moved swiftly. They are one of the best agents we have dealt with in any of our home moves. We would highly recommend them and particularly Holly Hales who has been excellent!

GoogleWe sold our house through Wood and Pilcher and were very happy with the service provided. Branch manager Amanda came to value our house. She asked all the right questions to understand our position and gave us the right advice on the property valuation and the sales process. Through the rest of the process we dealt with Holly who was excellent in all respects. The was professional, but very approachable, had tons of experience about the sales process and also gave us great advice on the area where we bought our new house. We are very happy with Wood and Pilcher services and would recommend the Southborough branch to anyone buying or selling their property.

GoogleActing as POA for my older sister I had nothing but the best service and consideration from W&P from start to finish. Living 85 miles away meant a lot of onlne activity which worked out well with no hitches. My sister's bungalow in Crowborough was passed on the new owner with complete satisfaction thanks in no small part to the professionalism and attentive approach from those at W&P.

GoogleWe sold our house through Wood and Pilcher last year. We had had very bad experiences with other Heathfield agents, however after sitting down with Mike and sharing our feelings, we realised we had found the right agents. Everyone we dealt with from wood and pilcher were professional and helpful. They did their job well and got us the sale price we wanted. I would recommend them over any other agent in Heathfield for buying or selling.

GoogleBuying a house for the first time is always a daunting prospect. Woods & Pilcher listened to our brief and set to work on finding us our dream home. Soon after, we enjoyed our viewings with the knowledgable Caroline, who made the viewings smooth and informative. This led to placing an offer on our first home! The negotiation process was handled professionally, and we were thrilled to find out our offer was accepted. The experienced Holly handled our continued process, which we are additionally grateful for because of her efficiency and calming aura! Thank you to all the team, including Amanda for overseeing and Chloe for the administrative work. I would recommend Woods & Pilcher to anyone who wanted a personalised experience steeped in professionalism. Thank you!

GoogleVery good feedback about the agent initially. However, a promised call back about a property which was on sale and had just received an offer (TO BE FIRMED UP!!) I was PROMISED a call back after the weekend when the confirmation was to have been done by the buyer. ONLY! No call, no nothing took place. No call, no update. NOTHING!! So from what APPEARED TO BE AN EXCELLENT AND PROMISING START?? It ALL came a tumbling down! Shame as it was an absolutely ideal property for my Wife And I!! But alas the lack of reply from the Agent!! Was, yes well, VERY DISSAPOINTING!! To csay the least.

She knew what was happening at all points of the chain and could answer all our questions. We bought through Wood and Pilcher, not sold, and out shone our own estate agent in everyway. When Melissa was not available Mike was just as helpful. A very Friendly group of people whom it has been a pleasure to meet. A great team

GoogleI have viewed multiple flats and houses over the years and Alfie was the first estate agent to come armed with information that was extremely useful and informative both about the property and the location. So far, other estate agents haven’t always known vital information such as, how old and where the boiler is, is the loft boarded, whether certain changes can be made etc. all questions that as a purchaser you want to know. It was obvious that he had taken the time to research the property, get all of the background information in advance from the freeholder, and was able to answer all of my questions on the day. Alfie was professional, friendly, well prepared and helpful throughout. It has been extremely refreshing to have an estate agent who is clearly very good at his job. Thank you!

GoogleAfter using 2 extremely shady and untrustworthy estate agents in Tunbridge Wells to sell my flat, I then found Wood & Pilcher who were AMAZING! They have been on top of everything and a pleasure to deal with and the best bit was that I felt they didn't make promises they can't keep or try the hard sell. They were worth every penny of their fee. Don't use any other agent!

GoogleAlthough I was purchasing the property, so therefore Wood & Pilcher were acting for the vendors and in their interests, I found all staff went out of their way to be helpful, and the communication was excellent. From arranging an early viewing to suit me, as I was moving into the area, to chasing the other agents and solicitors in the chain to keep things moving and holding them together, their handling was exemplary. This is my ninth move. It was far and away the most stressful, but I would say that Wood and Pilcher are the best agents I have ever dealt with, both as a seller and a buyer. Without Lynn's help, this would have fallen apart. Thank you
