I have used Wood & Pilcher, specifically Keith Radley, to buy two houses and sell one. I would not consider using another estate agent; Keith is head and shoulders above the competition, and the competition is good! Keith is honest and always has his customer's best interests at heart. He is ethical, straightforward, professional, likeable and genuine. Keith has an incredible knack for getting to know and positively influencing his customers. In this way, he has sold me two houses; the first time, it was the only one I looked at and the second time, the fourth. He also managed to sell my house in one of the worst housing down turns I have experienced. Thank you, Keith, you are a genius!

The whole team at Wood and Pilcher, Crowborough have been incredibly helpful, professional and have bent over backwards for us. From the moment we signed up to W&P they have been pro active in sending us details and houses that matched well to what we’d outlined. The communication has been great, everyone personable and they went the extra mile to get us exchanged and agreed on completion date. Thank you to Keith, Mark, Charlotte and all the team!

I would describe Keith and his team at Wood & Pilcher as being: friendly, personable and professional with a high degree of integrity and customer service. They are knowledgeable, highly competent with a great understanding of market conditions and the local market. Perhaps the stand-out feature that gave us that greater confidence in Wood & Pilcher and knowing that we were in safe hands was that when others were offering advice, Wood & Pilcher were advising the opposite and on each occasion Wood & Pilcher proved to be correct! I would have no hesitation in using Wood & Pilcher again.

I cannot express how amazing Wood & Pilcher ( Tom & Mike) have been in not only selling our house but primarily for getting the sale over the line. Ours has been an incredibly difficult process and they have earnt every single penny of the fee charged. Huge thank you to everyone on the team for guiding us through this sale and forward purchase, offering not only advice when required but support when needed. Tom you are a legend.

Great support from Wood & Pilcher to help push through a chain to completion with some incredibly slow, ineffective solicitors (Avoid Convey Law everyone!)

My family sold our parents' home through Wood & Pilcher in Tunbridge Wells and we are so pleased we chose them as our agent. Right from the initial meeting with Angela we cannot fault their warmth, support and empathetic advice through what was often a difficult and emotional process saying farewell to our family home. The whole team was involved in the preparation of the excellent details, fabulous photographs, many viewings, helpful feedback and regular communications as to the progress of the sale. We would highly recommend this friendly, independent estate agency!
