I can't speak highly enough of the Tunbridge Wells Wood & Pilcher team. I have recently completed the most protracted of moves - 28 months in total - and the professionalism and support I received was second to none. Even when I hit meltdown stage (on more than one occasion, I must add!), they showed such care and consideration, and showered me with the best advice. I must be clear that absolutely none of the delay was due to them; they were, in fact, efficiency personified. Not only did they communicate brilliantly with me, but as my onward purchase was a private one and my friends didn't, therefore, have an agent, they also saw to it that they were looped in on everything. Special mention to Lynn and Mark, but - as you can imagine - over that period of time I think I spoke with everyone in the office, all of whom are marvellous human beings. I am never going to move again (never!), but if I did I would only sell through Wood & Pilcher. To be honest, I think I'd probably only buy through them, too!

W&P kept us informed at every stage of the process and each member of the team in Heathfield was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and supportive. After poor performance from another agency I listed my property with Wood and Pilcher in February, within TWO DAYS Drew managed to secure a buyer to which I was over the moon. I quickly fell in love with another property through Wood and Pilcher in Crowborough and Tania was most helpful to secure this purchase. As I was selling a leasehold the sales progression wasn't easy however Dan, Drew, Emma and Tania worked really hard to keep things pushing along despite the many hurdles that come with a leasehold. 6 months later our chain of 4 have now exchanged and I am very very grateful to all those involved in the process, I have nothing but high praises for Wood and Pilcher.

Shocking!! They advertised a property to rent on Monday. I jumped straight on the phone. Spoke to Zak. He told me he would get a viewing the following Saturday. Nothing. I called the following day, he was off. The lady I spoke too said she would find out and get back to me. Nothing. I rang today and was told it had gone!!! How could it go if I couldn't get a viewing until Saturday!! No comms, no customer service, no potential tenant care or management. Stay away!!
