GoogleOur first impression of this estate agent was OK but not great. When we first viewed the property we ended up purchasing the estate agent didn't seem overly engaged or knowledgeable about the property; it seemed that they were only interested in telling us that there was already an offer on the house. However, after that experience, I believe we dealt with someone else for putting in the offer and liaising for everything else, which was a much better process. Wood and Pilcher were generally friendly and responsive throughout. They remained engaged throughout the whole process which was reassuring and made the process a little less nerve-wracking.

We received regular updates (via email and telephone) from Niina and Amanda throughout the process. Viewings were all timely and follow up was swift. GoogleWe bought a house through Wood & Pilcher, Southborough, completing in June. The team were brilliant at every stage, and worked tirelessly to ensure everything happened as it should - chasing solicitors up and down the chain relentlessly, as well as asking us all the right questions! Without their efforts I doubt we would have completed on time, which saved us thousands in stamp duty. Thank you!

GoogleReally pleased with how attentive and helpful everyone in Crowborough has been throughout our very long transaction. They kept us informed and were always on the end of the phone when we needed, couldn’t ask for more. In particular we are so grateful to Leon Mellett and Tania Salter who got us across the finish line. Wouldn’t hesitate to use Wood & Pilcher again in the future.
