GoogleWe have been delighted with Wood and Pilcher (Heathfield Branch) over the last 10 years, having sold two houses with them, both of which we also rented out at intervals with W&P. With our most recent completion, we could not have received more outstanding support and dedication from James, whose communication skills in liaising with all parties involved was second to none. We always felt reassured by this, something which is very important when buying or selling one's house. James understands this and goes the extra mile, supported by a fantastic team who also understand how crucial it is to keep things moving towards a successful conclusion. Bravo to the Heathfield office - you are tops!

GoogleHaving had some pretty poor estate agent experiences in the past, I am naturally sceptical of them all. Wood & Pilcher, and the Heathfield office in particular, have been nothing short of phenomenal for us. They’ve certainly bucked the trend of my past experiences! Extremely proactive, honest, quick to react when needed, down to earth, realistic and above all, they do all they say they will… quickly. None of the stereotypical estate agent bs either! Thank you for all your efforts on a challenging chain.

GoogleFrom our first meeting with them, they have been nothing short of excellent. Firstly their valuation was very realistic and totally achievable. They ensured that all of their agents came to view our property, so that they could then describe it with enthusiasm to potential buyers. All of the viewings were accompanied by them, which we, personally prefer. The marketing material was very professional and really showed off the house and garden's best bits. Once we had accepted an offer, the post offer team were brilliant. Melissa, was our main point of contact and she liaised with the whole team keeping us regularly up to date with what stage we were at. All in all I really couldn't recommend Wood and Pilcher enough and would recommend them to anyone who is thinking about selling.

GoogleAmanda and her team in the Southborough branch went above and beyond expectations to support us through the process of selling two homes to move forward into one. They are highly professional, responding quickly to any enquiries and have hugely helped to reduce the stress associated with a house move, especially with 4 teenagers in tow. I cannot recommend them enough, and although I hope not to be moving for some time we would definitely use them again!

GoogleWood & Pilcher are absolutely the best estate agents out there. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell. We bought our house with them a few years ago, and have then sold it with them this time. We are moving out of area otherwise we would've bought with them again! They make you feel so special when you ring, always rush to help, always have updates and make the process much easier. We had a very difficult sale of our house for various reasons, but Wood & Pilchers pro-activeness in sorting out/chasing the issues meant that we did indeed see the house sold. They are fair, pragmatic, pro-active and friendly, all the things you need in an estate agents! Now I just need them to open a branch in Devon before we move again!

GoogleWe bought a house through Wood & Pilcher, Southborough, completing in June. The team were brilliant at every stage, and worked tirelessly to ensure everything happened as it should - chasing solicitors up and down the chain relentlessly, as well as asking us all the right questions!
