GoogleThe girls at Wilman and Lodge are always very pleasant and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them. They have a great group of contractors who quickly do any repairs necessary and to a high standard. Wilman and Lodge take away all the hassle and worry that comes with a rental property.

GoogleShocking customer service, every time I've contacted them to make a viewing or ask for further info the staff are rude and jumped up! Don't let you finish speaking and then get snarky with you!

GoogleAvoid this agent if you value your money. They tried to scam my boyfriend and I out of our security deposit after we passed all the tenancy checks and referencing just because the landlord changed their mind. We had to quote the Gov.UK website and threaten with legal action to get our money back - they returned it "as a gesture of good will". Pathetic. You are most welcome for my thoughts and yes, I absolutely agree it's a shame when things "don't work out" 😂 People deserve to know the truth. Do not think your behaviour will have no consequences.

In particular, Jenny ensured that I was kept up to date with everything, liaising with both the conveyancing solicitors and the buyers to facilitate a speedy process. Brilliant communication, approachable and efficient, and I would not hesitate to highly recommend!

GoogleWe were very happy putting the sale of our property with Wilman & Lodge. The agent who valued it was very enthusiastic and gave a far valuation which allowed it to sell very quickly. Throughout the process we were kept informed and the staff were always cheerful friendly and gave helpful advice.

GoogleVery underwhelmed by the company being proactive in driving the sale forward. Felt we did more in chasing and contacting! I also think the initial valuation was high, encouraging us to market the property at an un achievable level. We reduced it (to what other estate agents had valued) and sold very quickly for asking price. But you got the sale, just think it could have been a better experience.
Thanks for taking my call today to discuss things in further detail. We wish you all the best in your move and wish you had a better experience with us as this isn't the impression we like to leave with people.
