Wilman and Lodge are ace. From senior management to staff at all levels, they are highly professional. All know their jobs and the intricacies of buying and selling houses in an ever changing market, in detail. From the dress code to valuation to marketing to viewings to completion, nothing is too much trouble. But even more than that, they are empathetic, understanding and patient. Mine was a challenging sale but I was supported throughout the process. I was treated fairly and with great empathy and respect. I cannot speak highly enough of everyone at Wilman and Lodge.

I used Wilman & Lodge for the sale of my mum's flat as she had used them in the past for purchasing previously. Due to living over an hours drive away from the sale of the property, I was extremely happy with their services. Jenny was brilliant and so was the communication, whether it be via email or telephone. Prompt services, polite, very efficient and very professional. No issue was a problem as they liaised directly with the solicitor and purchaser to push the sale forward. Thank you all again for a great service.

Asked if a property had dedicated parking, they said it did, it absolutley did not. Neighbours created a huge scene all because this company couldn't just say there was no parking. Agent then hid in the house and the company washed their hands of it all, leaving us to deal with the situation.

So over 6 months ago, I was looking for somewhere to move to, and found an ideal location for me and my kids. I wouldn’t mind if it had been taken, but instead got offered a viewing slow. I ended up stood outside the property waiting for the agent to show. They didn’t. Turns out they hadn’t booked me in. I was annoyed as I was trying to juggle my own business and my kids to make the meeting, and to find out they weren’t going to show up, nor would they have anymore viewings it wasn’t an ideal day for me. I then spoke with the manager by email as to the poor outcome of this to which they said they would get in touch if there were similar properties available. They have not remotely once been in touch since. Is it ok these days to not actually communicate with the clients we let down at any point? Or are we supposedly so busy we can’t just drop a courtesy message. Maybe just making so much money they don’t care about individuals. Never usually write up anyone for poor customer service, but in the last year, some companies have gone above and beyond expectations to survive, whilst others don’t seem to care.NegativeQuality

We bought a property for sale through Wilman and Lodge. Like so many, it wasn’t always plain sailing, but, even though we weren’t her clients, Rachel Stephenson, was nothing but amazing! Incredibly helpful, extremely knowledgeable, 100% on the ball, kept us informed throughout in a timely and professional manner, simply superb. I can’t not mention Sonia too, on move day, completion went to the wire, but Sonia was super helpful, kept me calm and most importantly….gave me my new keys 😀!! They are the best Estate Agents in town!!
