Wilman and Lodge offer a fantastic service, both renting and selling. They are professional, efficient, supportive and knowledgeable, I can not recommend them enough. As a landlord I have been using their services for a few years , and they have been successful in finding suitable tenants, taking care to carry out all necessary checks. They have recently sold my property and I was amazed at how swiftly they managed to sell it. A special thank you to Jayne who has been extremely supportive throughout both renting and selling, and has made the whole process less stressful.

I was looking to buy a property in Silsden and looked on line. Wilman and Lodge had several properties that suited my criteria. I visited Silsden for an overview of the area and viewed the exterior of several properties. Having decided to investigate further I visited the office on Kirgate where I found the staff to be very friendly and eager to help. After I’d given my criteria a shortlist of three properties was compiled. We arranged a convenient time to view the properties, all of which would have been satisfactory but the third was exactly what we were looking for. After my offer was accepted we wished to visit the property again. Wilman and Lodge arranged for us to meet the vendor there and he proved to be a very informative. Throughout my dealings with Wilman and Lodge, whether in person or on the telephone, I found their staff to be friendly, cheerful and extremely helpful. They kept in regular communication with me and on several occasions were more helpful than my own solicitor. I do not intend to move house again so am unlikely to need their services again. However, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone planning to buy or sell property.

I used Wilman & Lodge for the sale of my mum's flat as she had used them in the past for purchasing previously. Due to living over an hours drive away from the sale of the property, I was extremely happy with their services. Jenny was brilliant and so was the communication, whether it be via email or telephone. Prompt services, polite, very efficient and very professional. No issue was a problem as they liaised directly with the solicitor and purchaser to push the sale forward. Thank you all again for a great service.

I bought a house through Wilma & Lodge in Feb 2025. I can honestly say they are hands down the best estate agents I have ever used. They were not at all pushy in selling the property, just very knowledgeable about the local market. I had already sold my property but the house i’s previously offered on fell through so need to find somewhere quickly as my sale was well advanced. They were incredibly proactive in keeping the purchase moving forward, frequently updating me on progress before my solicitors. From offer accepted to completion it took about two months. Honestly can’t believe how quickly we managed to progress the purchase. All credit to the team at Wilman and Lodge for great and proactive customer service. Would highly recommend.
