GoogleExcellent service throughout I recently purchased a property being marketed by Wilman & Lodge and was extremely pleased with the service I received throughout the whole process. The team were friendly, professional and very easy to deal with. They kept me regularly updated as the purchase progressed and communication was always excellent, which helped everything run smoothly from beginning to end. I was also very impressed with how the property had been marketed. The photographs and description were excellent and gave a very good representation of the house. Overall, a really positive experience and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Wilman & Lodge. Thank you to the whole team for helping make my house purchase such a smooth one.

GoogleAfter such a difficult experience with our previous estate agents, moving over to Wilman & Lodge was honestly the best decision we made. From start to finish the communication has been incredible and every single member of staff has been so helpful, friendly and professional. We finally completed on our house today and we honestly can’t thank them enough. A special mention to Kayleigh, our property manager, who has been absolutely amazing throughout. She reassured us every step of the way, always kept us updated and nothing was ever too much trouble. Thank you all so much for helping us finally get over the finish line we would highly recommend Wilman & Lodge to anybody selling their home.

GoogleThere were a number of complication with our purchase. The Team at Wilman and Lodge were excellent acting as an intermediary between the solicitors as well as the vendor. Without their expertise I am convinced the purchase might have fallen through. Instead we have now moved into our dream house! Thank you Wilman and Lodge, especially Emma.
