FacebookI bought a house through Wilma & Lodge in Feb 2025. I can honestly say they are hands down the best estate agents I have ever used. They were not at all pushy in selling the property, just very knowledgeable about the local market. I had already sold my property but the house i’s previously offered on fell through so need to find somewhere quickly as my sale was well advanced. They were incredibly proactive in keeping the purchase moving forward, frequently updating me on progress before my solicitors. From offer accepted to completion it took about two months. Honestly can’t believe how quickly we managed to progress the purchase. All credit to the team at Wilman and Lodge for great and proactive customer service. Would highly recommend.

GoogleJust collected my keys from the Grassington branch and need to say Rachel has been outstanding. Incredibly efficient, communication excellent, prompt replies and assisted throughout the process of buying the property. Highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again.

Googlegreat service from all concerned especially Kayleigh and Jenny fITTING a 3bed house into a 2 bed static was a nightmare but the selling part was made easy by the team at WILLMAN &Lodge thanks again kindest regards Steve and liz North our neighbor across the road was thinking of putting her house on the market and as she is recently widowed and very unsure i told her she could not do better then call Willman&Lodge for help and advise of the highest order Thanks again nd kindest regards Steve and Liz North

GoogleWilman and Lodge offer a fantastic service, both renting and selling. They are professional, efficient, supportive and knowledgeable, I can not recommend them enough. As a landlord I have been using their services for a few years , and they have been successful in finding suitable tenants, taking care to carry out all necessary checks. They have recently sold my property and I was amazed at how swiftly they managed to sell it. A special thank you to Jayne who has been extremely supportive throughout both renting and selling, and has made the whole process less stressful.
