GoogleAbsolutely brilliant service. I've never rented before, I didn't know what to expect but Wilman Lodge took most of the burden and made moving house, which is one of the most stressful things anyone can do, a whole lot easier. The staff were amazing and were really helpful and very kindly put ip with all my stupid questions because I did not have a clue what I was doing.

All members of the team are good, we dealt mainly with Charlotte who very professionally kept us in th eloop all the way through. GoogleWe recently sold my mother’s bungalow after she moved into a care home, and the whole process was handled with such care and professionalism. Communication was excellent, I always felt kept in the loop with regular updates, and any questions I had were answered quickly. When the first sale unfortunately fell through, they moved fast, found a new buyer within a week, and kept everything on track. They managed all the viewings with potential buyers and guided us smoothly to completion. At what could have been a stressful time, they made things so much easier, and I’m really grateful for their support and the successful outcome.

GoogleI was looking to buy a property in Silsden and looked on line. Wilman and Lodge had several properties that suited my criteria. I visited Silsden for an overview of the area and viewed the exterior of several properties. Having decided to investigate further I visited the office on Kirgate where I found the staff to be very friendly and eager to help. After I’d given my criteria a shortlist of three properties was compiled. We arranged a convenient time to view the properties, all of which would have been satisfactory but the third was exactly what we were looking for. After my offer was accepted we wished to visit the property again. Wilman and Lodge arranged for us to meet the vendor there and he proved to be a very informative. Throughout my dealings with Wilman and Lodge, whether in person or on the telephone, I found their staff to be friendly, cheerful and extremely helpful. They kept in regular communication with me and on several occasions were more helpful than my own solicitor. I do not intend to move house again so am unlikely to need their services again. However, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone planning to buy or sell property.
