GoogleI have a long term relationship with Willman & Lodge estate agency. They have helped me with property sales over the last five years. In my opinion they are one of the best agencies I have come across. The staff in the sales and lettings departments are very professional, friendly and unbelievably helpful. GoogleThere were a number of complication with our purchase. The Team at Wilman and Lodge were excellent acting as an intermediary between the solicitors as well as the vendor. Without their expertise I am convinced the purchase might have fallen through. Instead we have now moved into our dream house! Thank you Wilman and Lodge, especially Emma.

GoogleIt was the first time I had become involved with long term lets so very unsure about the process and everything involved. The staff at Wilman Lodge guided me through all the stages with easy and ready to answer any queries I had. Any problems were quickly sorted out and the whole process could not have gone more smoothly. I am grateful for the professional help and advice given and my thanks go to all involved.

GoogleAvoid this agent if you value your money. They tried to scam my boyfriend and I out of our security deposit after we passed all the tenancy checks and referencing just because the landlord changed their mind. We had to quote the Gov.UK website and threaten with legal action to get our money back - they returned it "as a gesture of good will". Pathetic. You are most welcome for my thoughts and yes, I absolutely agree it's a shame when things "don't work out" 😂 People deserve to know the truth. Do not think your behaviour will have no consequences.
Thank you for the feedback again. You'd originally left your thoughts when the event happened in May. It is unfortunate when things don't work out but we hope you've since managed to secure a property.

GoogleVery underwhelmed by the company being proactive in driving the sale forward. Felt we did more in chasing and contacting! I also think the initial valuation was high, encouraging us to market the property at an un achievable level. We reduced it (to what other estate agents had valued) and sold very quickly for asking price. But you got the sale, just think it could have been a better experience.

GoogleThe girls at Wilman and Lodge are always very pleasant and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them. They have a great group of contractors who quickly do any repairs necessary and to a high standard. Wilman and Lodge take away all the hassle and worry that comes with a rental property.

GoogleWilma and lodge where very professional, helpful and supportive in there role as estate agents for both the sale and purchase of my properties, even after the sale had gone through. They where very proactive and responded to email and calls with the information I needed. My house sale was initially set up by the Crosshills office but was controlled by the lovely ladies at Silsden. Top marks to all. Xx
