Very professional service. Lowri Owen, was very organised and was up to date with what was happening with my move at all times. Made the paperwork very simple and answered any questions that I had. Rhian Cunliffe and Greg Horsman also helped me a great deal, by organising a Sunday move in last minute, when my removal men didn't turn up the day previously.

Adverts have been clear and transparent, viewings were helpful and the transition from one property to the next wad also smooth. Having rented the property through williams & goodwins, I have received a lot of helps ranged from minor to major problems. Although I had an advantage to live near the office, any enquiries through a phone call was quick and easy and they helped their best to sort my problems as soon as possible.

It was the first time property search for me and my partner and we really had no idea what we were doing. Kelly, and all staff at Williams and Goodwin were extremely helpful pointing us in the right direction and giving us all the information we needed and more. We have ended up with our first rented property and it's perfect for us. We will definitely be looking towards Williams and Goodwin when we're in a position to buy!

Stayed very calm and really helpful when I reported that instead of moving in at 2pm as agreed, id had moving disasters and wouldn't arrive until gone 8 pm- they still organised it so I could get safety'un and were very calm when I was felt far from. They respond promptly to queries. I would highly recommend and am glad they're my agents.

It is a pleasure to know that we can rest easy when it comes to the management of the lovely home in which we live. The way that the Office deals promptly with any problems or queries that we raise is excellent, particularly the quick response that Gwenno Griffith gives each time we have an issue. She is keen to follow through, gets back to us as soon as she can, and always follows up with a check on how the matter has been addressed. We greatly appreciate this. The staff were wonderful to work with, They were always pleasant and willing to answer any questions I had throughout the process from viewings to taking up tenancy. They responded to any queries in a quick and professional manner. I highly recommend the team in the Llangefni lettings office. Gwenno went above and beyond to make sure my application was successful and I got the property I wanted, even when the time constraints were very tight. I'm very glad I chose to work with Williams & Goodwin and should I need the services of a letting agent again in the future, I will surely turn to the Llangefni team first.

We where very pleased with the service we have received from Williams and Goodwin in acquiring our latest rental property. As of the nature of our business we rent many properties through different estate agents and private landlords throughout the UK. From our initial property searching to completion day , the process was handled with a very professional service from all members of staff from administration to property viewing and any issues that occurred was discussed and dealt with promptly not to hold up any process of completion. In particular Gwenno and Greg provided outstanding customer service.and nothing was too much trouble. . We would highly recommend Williams and Goodwin to anyone in renting any property.. We will certainly be using again if the business demands another property in the area.

Before I came to here, I was wary about getting involved with another agency after the drama I had with dafydd hardy. But I'm so glad I choice this and wish I GONE for it the first time I went to start renting. Llangefni Agency for renting our amazing! Supported me through the whole process and made sure I knew what ever small detail was happening. They where so quick ALSO so not a long process either, what many of us hate so I was happy. Since moving into the property Kelly Williams who basically my line if anything wrong or I need to speak to is totally amazing and one of a kind. When I started the process I actually was her first client when she started the job. You would of thought she been in the company for years! Always responsive, excellent customer skills and all round a sweetie and genius lady, always have time for me.
