The team have been fabulous in the last 2 years of dealing with them from finding the property to the last inspection. We have dealt with Kelvin & Greg predominantly, they have both been very courteous, polite & efficient. Greg has been our face to face contact and is a credit to the organisation, his people & communication skills could not be bettered. Thank you for looking after us so well.

Gwenno and the other staff at Williams & Goodwin have been very helpful from the outset of our property search. Unfortunately we kept missing out on the properties we were interested in but Gwenno would regularly update me with potential new houses fresh on the market. The personal service was great and truly appreciated, especially as the search was honed in to our particular requirements (having a pet a tow for example!). Many Thanks, I look forward to using you for my future property needs.

We have just ended our tenancy with Williams and Goodwin although out landlord wasn't the best....... Gwenno Griffiths and Greg Horsman where brilliant and so helpful!! Gwenno was super quick replying to emails and Greg was always friendly and helpful right from the start of the viewing to the end of tenancy! They both did all they could to help us find somewhere more suitable! Thanks guys :)

The staff are very friendly and helpful, as soon as I walked through the door I was greeted with a warm smile by Gwenno who was handling the paperwork with me. She was very thorough and very personable. She has answered any questions that I have had and provided me with all the information I needed. Highly recommend as an estate agent!

We have been a tenant in a rented house which is managed by Williams and Goodwin for the past three years. Initial rental process was managed very well. Ongoing rental also managed to a great standard, any issues or problems are dealt with easily, quickly and effectively. We are always kept up to date with progress. All staff dealt with are very friendly, professional, reliable and helpful. Greg Horsman is our main point of contact and we couldn't ask for anyone better to deal with.

Received excellent service throughout the whole procedure of private letting. Greg makes quarterly visits to ensure that everything is running smoothly for us. Any problems are dealt with by Jemma in the office and are dealt with super efficiently. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Any issues have been dealt with promptly (the loss of the fence, in a storm) and the staff are friendly and courteous. Greg makes quarterly visits and is always pleasant and approachable. The contractor they use to make repairs, Meredydd, is professional and worked quickly, leaving everything tidy.

We have been tenants of two properties, for the last nine years under the Williams & Goodwin Agency. Overall they provide a good quality service, which we are happy with. Both Jemma and Greg are very helpful and courteous, especially with regard to getting household fittings repaired due to breakdowns etc. The main quality though is that they listen and give good advice when required. We say Keep up the good work!
