Our sellers called to state the viewing could not go ahead just two hours prior to the viewing itself, leaving us with no choice but to get hold of you with immediate effect and leaving you a voicemail as soon as we knew the change in situation. GoogleExtremely underwhelming. Put in an offer on a house in Worthing (Poulters Lane), the agent said there was another viewing going on so didn't put the offer to the owner until we chased at 5pm (we put in the offer at 09:10 the same day). They were hedging their bets and hoping for two offers. Turns out they didn't get an offer from the other buyer and the property remains on sale as we retracted our offer the next day as we lost all faith in the agent - everyone loses when the agent isn't worth their salt!

GoogleWe had a great experience using bacon & co! We had a couple of set backs but this didn’t stop them from pushing our sale through and there were always responsive and professional throughout. Special mention to Anna and Ashleigh in particular whom are a credit to the company!

GoogleWe purchased our property through Bacon & Co Goring and dealt with Anna. I cannot speak highly enough of the professional service she gave us. The purchase felt very straight forward with Anna and she kept us very well informed. We even received a lovely hand written card welcoming us into our new home. These personal touches from Anna at Bacon & Co really set them head and shoulders above other local agents. Thank you Anna, we would definitely recommend your services to others.
