Excellent service from Chris Hayward and Matt Stone. Chris kept in touch with me over the years and as soon as I was ready to move he found me a buyer and my new home. The process was well run, and most importantly it was managed with integrity. Estate Agency as a profession does not always have the best reputation, but Chris Hayward and his team always acted impeccably. Well done to all!

Darren has been incredible throughout the sale of our first home. Communication was really important to us and Darren really did keep us informed with exactly what was going on. His knowledge on the sales process is fantastic and was always able to help with any questions we had. Thank you for keeping me sane through our rollercoaster of a sale! Would highly recommend!

As first time landlords, we were grateful to be guided all the way through the process by Grace at the Braunton office. From the initial evaluation of our property to viewings, tenant selection & vetting, Grace efficiently and quickly organised everything. Not having too many tradespeople to call upon, the team were also able to organise things like the EPC certificate, electrical safety certificate and gas safety check through their pool of preferred contractors, all of whom were very professional themselves. Our experience so far has been excellent and we would be happy to recommend Webbers to anyone starting out down this path.

Tracey · 26 July 2023 · Webbers Estate Agents Braunton

Agent replied · 24 March 2026

Lynne and the team from Webbers have been superb. Lynne was considerate of the circumstances and made the whole process very straightforward. She and the team responded speedily and effectively to all enquiries and it was clear She had oversight of all the ongoing elements. I have moved a number of times in the last Ten years and this was by fair the most uncomplicated. I felt reassured and confident at every stage of the proceedings and would happily recommend them in future. Thank you.
