Everyone at Webbers Minehead, including the person who deals with the 'for sale' boards, the office staff, sales negotiators and progressor and the manager, has done an excellent job. Positive, supportive, friendly and professional - an estate agent with integrity!

Howard couldn’t have been more helpful, friendly and professional in helping us to sell my wife’s flat and buy our dream home. He is very experienced as an estate agent and hugely knowledgeable of the Roundhay market - where we currently live and were looking to buy - so he was perfect!

Worst agency ever! I wanted to rent a house in Leeds and I had to call them 4 times per day in order to arrange a viewing and still didn’t they say they will call you back and they never do I wouldn’t recommend to anyone so disappointing

Zenia · 15 May 2024 · Webbers Estate Agents Bude

Agent replied · 15 May 2026

Dear Zenia, I wonder if you have left this review for the wrong agency, as here at EweMove North Leeds, we have no records of any inquiry from you.

Howard has excellent communication skills together with a personable yet professional manner. He managed to sell a somewhat niche property in a slow market, where I wouldn’t have trusted any other Agent. You are a client not a number. If only all Estate Agents were like Howard!

Alex · 15 May 2024 · Webbers Estate Agents Bude

Agent replied · 15 May 2026

Many thanks for your kind words Alex! Selling a property is always a partnership, and it was a pleasure working with you.

I did not like finding out about viewings as a 'copy' of what was sent to the potential buyer. This is a lazy approach, it takes 2minutes to send an email to the seller in their own right.
