GooglePhotographs outstanding but from a third party. Brochure took some rewording mainly by us. Not sure if it is down to problems with staffing in the office but communication was none existent. Personally would not recommend would use a more established firm in the town or even further afield.

Tracey and Richard were very helpful with our initial enquiries and viewings and Gill was incredibly helpful on the sales progression side, making the whole process as smooth and simple as possible (also as least stressful as buy/selling and moving house can be!). GoogleMe and my partner were looking to move back to dorset, emailed them from my email and her email a month and a half to 2 months ago with no reply, emailed again yesterday to find they have given the property to someone else, very unprofessional to leave peoples emails unread for months! Just because we are younger people looking for a home makes no difference!
