GoogleWe had a very difficult transition with a a very short chain which took over 5 months to complete. However throughout, Adrian and his team at Torrington presented our property in a very professional manner. Communications throughout the period was handled immediately and rounded up at the end of the week, with a call to inform our weekly progress. Their assistance to our legal advisors, in their words was professional, logical and proactive. Lastly, they progressed the whole house sale and buying process with control and communication between Webbers, other EA’s and solicitor's all the way to completion and the day after to support their customer. Nice job!!

GoogleRang up to get a valuation for a property in Wellington ,a lady took my details and said someone would ring me back that day.. One week later and I've heard nothing.. Not very good customer service at all .. I would recommend using any other estate agent in Wellington but definitely not this one.

GoogleThe team were really helpful throughout the sale and a buyer was found very quickly. Our preferred method of communication was by email with occasional telephone call as we did not live in the area. The team kept us updated throughout, responded to our queries promptly and accompanied all viewings. We haven't mentioned a particular member of staff as the South Molton staff worked as a team, so we knew that whomever we called/messaged would be able to assist. The way that the team work together gave us confidence and was reassuring. They were professional and courteous throughout even when we may have been less so due to circumstances separate to the sale.

GoogleA terrible 12 months endured at 15 holmes way. An infuriating rattle somewhere in the loft meant sleep was often disturbed. Neither the landlord or Webbers cared! Webbers were also punitive in their constant need to assess the property. When leaving Webbers even tried to force me to use professional cleaners, implying it was part of the lease! Im leaving this review 12 months after I left as I ve learnt from the recent tenant they’ve had the same experience. A horrible letting agent, do not rent from them. Webbers in my opinion are money hungry, overly invasive and liars.

GoogleMy partner and I applied for a property together through Webbers, Bodmin. The whole experience from start to finish was so easy. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, a pleasure to be dealing with. In particular we mainly dealt with an advisor named Liam who always seemed to be going out of his way to help us when needed. Will definitely be asking for his and Webbers help again if we need it in future, highly recommend.
