I made a good offer on a property in Launceston, showed them proof of funds and ID and patiently waited for the vendors reply, only to be contacted by the agent by phone 3 days later saying they wanted personal details about me, my life and my family. Intrusive, inappropriate and rude. I am waiting for their privacy policy disclosure statement. I would not use them or trust them again.

GoogleReally disappointed, errors made on the listing, only altered because I pointed them out. Advised of our intended completion date but not followed up with either myself or the buyers. Only realised we'd actually completed 6 days after when checking on progress. I actually told a member of staff on the phone 3 days before but could tell it was 'going over their head' Complained about the service when I received the invoice stating I should be invoiced reflecting the work they actually did. Have been provided a timeline of events by the manager stating they did all they could. Strongly disagree as I even introduced the buyer hoping for a pain-free sale. Webbers did nothing to facilitate the sale, did it all myself. Have spoken to the buyer who confirms they only spoke to them once . No follow up support from the moment of offer agreed. Shockingly unprofessional service which, I would never recommend and have already advised a friend as such who has 3 properties to sell. I will continue to share my views until my invoice is adjusted satisfactorily reflecting exactly what was done. As the admin for the Penstowe Park owners group on both WhatsApp and Facebook groups owners approach me for opinion. I'm not impressed and believe in honesty and integrity providing value for money. I've received none as of yet

GoogleI cannot express how utterly incredible Webbers have been selling my property. Having had a hostile tenant, the amount of care and compassion they went to, bending over backwards to accommodate the tenant's needs was so far above and beyond, all I can say is how grateful I was. When the property was then vacant, Webbers found a buyer within 1 day. Unfortunately it was a fairly complex chain, but at all times we were kept informed, and they were very proactive getting the sale across the line. Thank you so much. Use Webbers for your sale!

GoogleI just wanted to say a big thank you to you both, but especially to Brendan for his patience and tireless efforts to get our sale over the line. I’m sure you would agree that residential property sales are rarely a smooth and easy task and this sale, although on the face of it should have been plane sailing, proved the point. However I really appreciated Brendans constant support and his willingness to always engage by keeping me updated at every stage, acting as go between when things needed to get done and for just being there to allow me to vent my frustrations when things got tricky.

GoogleWebber's were expectional throughout the buying process. Nothing was to much for their outstanding team. I had a particularly difficult purchase and it threw up a lot of issues. What I found is that Webber's liaised with me very quickly and were able to sort out issues and support throughout. In fact, I would go as far to say that they were quicker and more efficient then the agents selling my property. They would find things out for more before my own agents did and would often do so much legwork to help me and find a resolution and outcome Always a pleasure to deal with, provided expert advice and offered different view points and support.

GoogleI'm so dissapointed with Webbers as I assumed they had a good reputation. I put in an offer with and was assured by I would be updated with progress by end of the day due stressing I had a deadline. I did not hear back that day or the following day until I chased them again by email. My offer has been withdrawn and I will not sell my house through this company due to poor communication.
