We sold through the Barnstaple branch. We were passed on to Sarah from the progress team and she had been so supportive in what turned out to be a complex situation. Always at the end of the phone or called straight back if we left a message. Can’t thank her enough! Would recommend for their help from marketing through to completion.

GoogleI've called 8 times this afternoon to try and reach someone. the line has cut out each time. I've not had a response to the ticket I've raised for 3 weeks despite it saying the lead time is 36 business hours and chasing them on email for a response several times.

GoogleDisappointing experience… generally ok through tenancy… always polite and friendly but only an average response to rectifications of issues. End of tenancy charges unreasonable. So be cautious with your reports and records of what you’ve done to leave the property in the same condition as you’ll definitely need it!!! I thought if I queried anything then my whole deposit would be withheld but I think it’s actually just the disputed amount… so please make sure you dispute… don’t let them take what they don’t deserve!

GoogleFrom the moment the phone was picked up at the office we felt as if we were treated as the only customers and nothing was too much trouble. There was professional timely communication, and regular updates. Advice was readily given and the sales team proactively managed the sale and after sales process. We highly recommend Tim, Nikki, Claire and the whole team. We spoke to 4 estate agents to organise our sale, although initially the most expensive this was more than recouped when, the highest sales figure was attained within 2 weeks, with minimal stress. This was the only agent to prepare a hosted video tour of the property with a drone presentation of the views and rural aspect attracting multiple buyers from out of the county, predominately buyers who wanted to relocate. The sales negotiators came to our house before any viewings to familiarise themselves with all the selling points. Our buyers travelled from out of county & were a busy working family who upon first viewing had a good knowledge of our property and drawings for alterations based on the guided video tour and package. The marketing model could not have been better. We would use this company to view properties remotely before committing our time to travel if buying.
