TrustpilotGreat Experience from Start to Finish
After a few frustrating experiences making offers through a different estate agency, my fiancé and I finally found what we were looking for with Webbers Launceston and had a great experience from the very beginning. Our initial viewings were with Nathan, who was excellent, and throughout the buying process we spoke with several members of the team, with Leah acting as our main point of contact.
Agent replied · 26 January 2026
Thank you so much for your fantastic 5-star review! We’re delighted you chose Webbers Estate Agents Launceston and had such a positive experience from start to finish. It’s wonderful to hear that Nathan made your initial viewings enjoyable and that Leah provided clear guidance and proactive support throughout the buying process, especially as first-time buyers. Your feedback means the world to us and shows why so many people trust Webbers Launceston estate agents for buying and selling homes in Cornwall. If you ever need advice on property sales in Launceston or are planning your next move, our team is always here to help. Best wishes, Andrew Simpson Local Director, Webbers Launceston

GoogleWe looked around the area for two months and dealt with many agents, but Freddie was by far the easiest and best to deal with. He is a responsible, hard-working young man who helped us tremendously with securing the rental we wanted. He is responsive, always replying back with information when he said he would, and goes out of his way to accommodate requests. Thank you, Freddie!

GoogleThis is the 3rd time I have used Webbers, the very first time to buy a property and because of the way they handled that, I have used them twice since. I have used many Estate Agents in the past 30 years and Webbers at Braunton are special and exceptional. The way they work together as a team is why they are significantly better than all the rest. I cannot fault Webbers at all, from the minute you put your property on the Market you instantly feel like they fall in love with your home, convey this to buyers and build very strong relationships with the buyer and seller. There is nothing professionally they won't do to help you, viewings, tidying, quick hoover, they really are special. I have no doubt their ratio of offer to actual completion is significantly better than all competition. Thank you for making me feel part of the Webbers family from the beginning to the completion. xx

Hi Amanda, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a wonderful review and, most of all, for coming back to us for a third time that really does mean a great deal to all of us here in Braunton. We’re delighted to hear that you’ve consistently felt supported from the moment your property went on the market right through to completion. The team work incredibly hard to present every home at its very best and to build those strong, honest relationships with both buyers and sellers, so your comments about the way we work together and the little extras like helping with viewings and a quick tidy are truly appreciated. It’s been a real pleasure to look after you again and to be part of your moving journey. From all of us here in Braunton, thank you for being such a loyal part of the Webbers family, and we wish you every happiness in your new home. Best wishes, Jon & all the Braunton team
