GoogleWe’ve had a fantastic experience with Inter County Bishop’s Stortford. From day one they’ve been extremely professional, helpful, and supportive throughout our move. A special mention to Sam and Katie, who have been absolutely brilliant and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. They’re always easy to reach and, refreshingly, they actually call you back, something we haven’t experienced with many other agents in the past. Their customer service is excellent; they genuinely listen, take your concerns seriously, and keep you well informed every step of the way. On top of that, they’re easily the friendliest estate agents we’ve come across. In an industry where others can often seem moody or uninterested, Sam, Katie, and the team are approachable, positive, and a pleasure to deal with. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Inter County Bishop’s Stortford to anyone moving home.

Googleunable to cancel, keep getting charged, customer service is useless.
Hi there, Sorry to hear you had a bad experience, which resulted in leaving us a review. We can see your attempt to cancel in January for your last business number with us - and then you did get charged again. We have immediately refunded the amount paid on 19th January. It looks like you had one seat left in your account but the cancellation didn't go through - which has now been processed by you. There is a red 'Cancel' button in the bottom left of your Dashboard, and you can email us/speak to us on Live Chat to cancel your account - there are multiple areas in which you can cancel, but that said - we apologise if you found it difficult. Our Live Chat is available between 9-5pm, Monday-Friday, too, for any issues you may have had during your account. Thank you for using our service over the past year, and apologies if you felt the service fell short of what you expected. We wish you and your business well.
