GoogleI recently bought a property in Calcot with Village Properties. I was amazed with the quality of service and it was really refreshing to interact with an agent who truly cares about their clients. Sarah Jane was really supportive with chasing solicitors to ensure we meet Stamp Duty deadline and she kept us updated on the progress throughout the purchase. I could not recommend them enough!

GoogleThis is probably the worse place to rent from these people are Bully's especially nikki gardner we moved into a flat at branagh court and the flooring was ruined when we moved in and the bath panel had a crack in it when we moved in and we asked numerous times if we could change the flooring and they said no unless it's the like for like, and then when it came to the end of our tenancy and me and my partner went to move out they turned into unprofessional bullys DO NOT EVER USE THESE PEOPLE !!! I dont understand why they have some many fake reviews on here they also lied to the new estate agents saying we missed loads of payments which we proved to the new estate agents that they were lying and then had the cheek to message my partner do you still want to move outNegativeQuality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleWe sold our home through Village Properties in March 2021 and we received a 5 star service from the whole team, from the initial valuation, through to completion. When James Fletcher (Valuation Manager) visited our home, he was extremely respectful and professional in his approach. Out of all the local estate agents in the area, James valued our home in a different way to the rest. He didn’t just use standard data that all the other agents use, he looked outside the box, took everything into consideration and gave a fair valuation of our home. We managed to achieve a sale price £100,000 over what the rest of the agents had valued our property at. I can’t recommend James enough, if you’re thinking of selling, make sure you get James to value your home and list it with Village Properties. He has a vision that no other agent in the Tilehurst area has and he will ensure you get the right price on your home. GoogleWhen my mum needed to sell her property, it was only ever going to be Village Properties. They sold it to her in 1997 and she only had good things to say about VP then. They were also selling a property ideal for mum so we can only have good things to say about how they looked after the family as this was a tough move for mum moving from the family home. No hard sell, sold mum's property for asking price within 2 weeks. Special thanks to Riccardo who sensitively looked after us as mum fell in love with her new apartment. A tough time for mum but Riccardo was was so understanding. A credit to Village Properties. All the team were outstanding with advice. GoogleWe recently bought my new home through Village Properties, other than the initial viewings, I dealt with Sarahjane, she was outstanding. She did everything she could to drive the sale forward, going well above and beyond in my opinion, and kept in constant communication. The service was good enough that when we decided to sell our flat, we went straight to them without hesitation and the fee's for this have been extremely competitive and excellent service as well.
