GoogleWe purchased our first home in 2019 and the whole process was issue free. We were moved into our new home within 4 months of us finding the property on the VP website!! FacebookTheir lettings procedures and dealings with anti social tenants is really concerning. I would not consider using them as letting agents for my property if I was a landlord. We’ve had issues with anti social neighbours who rent through VP and continually make noise and abuse their animals. Despite this VP have ignored our complaints and brushed off our concerns. It’s actually shocking!! Would not use this company if you paid me!
