GoogleHave to say, they were the best and hardest working team, polite, knowledgeable of the area, incredibly quick veiwings and sale of my late parents house. We had alot of chasing Solicitors, and were always quick to help and or reply to email questions or phone calls. Well happy with their sevice.

GoogleWould just like to say what a pleasure it was using Village Properties. They have been a 10/10 service from start to finish. Having been let down by other estate agents in the past, I decided to try Village Properties and they did not disappoint. From taking down my details to constantly keeping me up to date on the latest properties in my area which suited my wants and then going on to find me the perfect property. Over Christmas (and during lockdown) they efficiently arranged for the broken carbon monoxide alarm to be replaced and liaised with numerous contractors and police to address damage that had been caused to the property. GoogleWe sold our home through Village Properties in March 2021 and we received a 5 star service from the whole team, from the initial valuation, through to completion. When James Fletcher (Valuation Manager) visited our home, he was extremely respectful and professional in his approach. Out of all the local estate agents in the area, James valued our home in a different way to the rest. He didn’t just use standard data that all the other agents use, he looked outside the box, took everything into consideration and gave a fair valuation of our home. We managed to achieve a sale price £100,000 over what the rest of the agents had valued our property at. I can’t recommend James enough, if you’re thinking of selling, make sure you get James to value your home and list it with Village Properties. He has a vision that no other agent in the Tilehurst area has and he will ensure you get the right price on your home. My initial meeting with James was great and he really took into account my property, its worth and the housing market at the time. Riccardo was friendly and very professional. However my main contact was Sarahjane who was brilliant all the way through. She remained professional and tolerated my tantrums particularly regarding my request to complete before the stamp duty deadline. I would definitely recommend VP. GoogleI used Village Properties to sell my house recently and found their service to be excellent. I previously had it listed with another local agent and the difference in service was incredible. James Fletcher came out to value my property and was professional, personable and extremely knowledgeable about the property market. He gave great advise and recommendations. Feedback and response times were great and nothing was ever too much trouble. Even going over and above on his weekends. What was even more impressive was the management of the process post offer, especially through Covid and with a tricky buyer who constantly threw curveballs. Again, Village Properties showed their experience in dealing with everything and I was glad to have them in my corner. We have now completed and I cant recommend James and the team enough!!
