From day one we agreed to sell our property to completion the Tilehurst team provided support and assistance throughout. We felt valued throughout. Communication was excellent via email or over the phone. Viewing’s were well organised, receiving a message as and when a viewing was scheduled. The team were always one step ahead of the process keeping all parties updated. I would highly recommend Village Properties their knowledge, experience and understanding of the area we felt placed them well in identifying potential buyers and when it came to promoting the property.

GoogleWe have recently bought and sold with Village properties, I was introduced to Riccardo who helped me find the perfect property for my father. We then asked them to value his house and to make the move happen. Within days he had viewings and sold quickly. Throughout the process we were kept informed, updated and all my phone calls & emails answered promptly. Sarahjane completed the sale and guided us through every step, she liaised with our solicitor on a regular basis, pushed through and followed up each step of the way. I would highly recommend Village properties, they have made something I saw as daunting, plain and straightforward, thank you. Dad is very happy in his new home.

GoogleI just had to share my experience with Village Propertys in Tilehurst from start to finish, When Mr. James Fletcher came around To view the property and give a valuation I found him incredibly professional and helpful and knowledgeable .He guided me through the whole experience .Told me what to expect and arranged for photographs to be taken. The photographs were amazing. I had many compliments from my neighbours and friends, and when it came to our first viewing the week we actually put the property on the market it sold!! Then it was down to paperwork and searches and solicitors another mind field!! We were guided by Sarahjane , this lady definitely knows her job! She was amazing professional knowledgeable and most of all approachable. With her help and guidance she made the whole experience easy , Even when our solicitors were making things very difficult, We highly recommend this company especially the two people that dealt with our sale and move, Mr James Fletcher and Sarahjane, And the rest of the team at village property’s

Had a very positive experience, from the initial meeting and valuation with James and the subsequent sale being dealt with by Riccardo and Sarahjane. Communication was very good and all details of the sale were dealt with quickly and efficiently. I would recommend this Estate Agency and would definitely use them again. Special thanks to Sarahjane for quick responses to minor concerns along the way.

I've found that all the staff in the letting office (Jodi, Simone, Sarah-Jane) are very professional but also very friendly, and will go the extra mile to make my experience as a tenant a good one. I would definately recommend Village Properties to other potential tenants.

GoogleWe bought a property through Village Properties and it was a great experience. Sarahjane kept us updated throughout the whole process and also kept the perfect amount of pressure on everyone to keep things moving which definitely helped avoid any delays. The whole team were very friendly and a pleasure to deal with! They provide a much more personal service in comparison to other estate agents we've dealt with, I would definitely recommend them to others.

James was brilliant and Riccardo and Joe were amazing in following up on all viewings (really hardworking and committed) and the team there really listened to our priorities. I couldn’t fault any part of their Service. Huge thank you to Sarah Jane for managing to get us from offer to completion within about 7 weeks. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Selling and moving house is certainly a stressful experience but I had full confidence and trust in VP throughout and this took away a lot of the unnecessary stress.

They've been my managing agents of choice continuously for the last 10 years and I have no intention of that changing! In particular, both Beth and Sarahjane have regularly gone over and above what I could reasonably expect of a letting agent, hence the five stars!

GoogleVillage properties have been great in helping sell my grandfather's house! unfortunately, our first sale fell through. However, within 3 days we had a new, first time buyer and managed to complete within 12 weeks from offer being received! They are very responsive to calls and texts (even multiple times a day!) and were fantastic with helping us getting contracts exchanged! Highly recommend
