GoogleUnfortunately after a bad experience whilst selling through them from june 23 to march 24 Id never trust these people again. I sold within a week of changing these estate agents.

GoogleOn selling our Property Village Properties could not have been better and made the process run much easier than it could have done, Sarah Jane couldn't have been more helpful nothing was too much trouble replying to all our queries and phone calls promptly we would highly recommend and definitely use again if we ever needed too.

GoogleBeth in the lettings department is just brilliant. She has now rehomed me twice… the first time she was on the hunt for something for me & my daughter as my previous (then current) property was a bit of a nightmare! She found a perfect home and she was genuinely excited that she had been THAT person. 3 years on after being notified that my landlord was selling her property, Beth remained calm and personable about my situation. She personally picked properties that she thought I’d like/be suitable, in a timely fashion (as I had 2months to move) and I fell in love with the first one she showed me. From there she made the process so easy, reassured me & guided me through some of the paperwork. I really feel like I was heard, I was important & she just made the whole experience less stressful. She is reliable and doesn’t wait about to get this sorted/booked - whatever the query she is always on the other end of the phone. So THANKYOU. Never sack this lady because she’d be very tricky to replace!

GoogleWe’ve been renting with VP for around 4 years now and after previously dealing with AWFUL customer service from a previous employee, leading to our children having health issues from damp & mould work not being done, we have now been contacted by Beth. Beth has completely taken over our ‘case’ and has been so professional throughout, she’s got everything on our list addressed and our landlords are totally on board too. All of this has been done within 1-2 months and she’s made us feel so at ease that actually we do matter and we are cooperative tenants. Thank you Beth!

GoogleWould highly recommend! As soon as you walk through the door you are greeted with a smile and welcoming faces. Everyone was eager to help and share their knowledge. James was a lovely person to deal with, he arranged a prompt appointment to view the property and answered any question I had, also gave great recommendations.

GoogleOur experience with Village Properties for Buying a House has been a brilliant one. Riccardo was friendly and very professional. He arranged the viewing for us, constantly did a followup with us and helped to have communications with the seller too. Once the Solicitors pitched-in , Both Riccardo and Sarahjane , did the followups with both the Solicitors and ensured the Transaction gets completed ontime. GoogleBeen renting through village properties for the last 7 years and will continue to do so. The service and communication is amazing. If I have an issue, it is looked into and sorted very quickly. Have started liaising with Beth more this year and she has been awesome! Always on hand to answer questions and always willing to listen to any queries I have. Renewing our contract again shortly. Wouldn't go anywhere else! Great work girls and guys. Would 100% recommend 👌

GoogleThe best estate agents in the area I’ve never experienced anything as good and as efficient village properties. We are renting and have been for 14 years. Most estate agents we have dealt with are slow in responding quite rude and never get things dealt with for weeks Beth in rentals is an absolute dream. She’s kind friendly super super efficient. Our move was very quick everything was acted on quicker than I’ve ever had before. Not one hiccup. Anything I need she’s right there. Village properties I can’t thank you enough you’ve taken all my worries and stress with my move away. You are super stars. ⭐️
