Lisa and Laura at Pentland Green are so friendly. They made us feel instantly at ease in what is supposed to be the most stressful time of our life. They are on the end of a phone with all the answers and are a credit to Wimpey Taylor. They are an asset and a great way to introduce customers to the many different types of wimpey homes. I also love the styling in the show homes - you should list where you can buy the furnishings etc to save us time looking online

TrustpilotBought a new house in Glenvale Park
Bought a new house in Glenvale Park, which was delivered mid-February 2023. We contacted the site team about a number of issues that were flagged up in the snag report by an independent advisor and engaged with them mid-March. Since then, they have ghosted us in 3 separate occasions with the site team ignoring emails & text messages, promised a plan to resolve the issues we agreed on and then disappeared, lied consistently about tradesmen coming over to fix stuff and overall they have been completely unprofessional & borderline rude by lying to our faces & changing what they said on a regular basis. After much frustration, we contacted the main customer support team also copying in the site team (which did not bother to reply or acknowledge our email), and the CS team setup one item for us, namely an external plumber to come and look into our plumbing issues. They also notified us that everything else is being managed by the site team, but they cannot even give us dates (so, not managed at all, or maybe managed in a way that will resolve the issues after say 3 years taking into account current progress). Btw, the plumbing issue requires a second visit which 5 days after the initial visit has not even been planned yet, leaving us without water in the kitchen faucet. A complete bunch of unprofessional people trying to scam their way out of doing anything. We are going currently though the complaints policy (I am sure this will be another joke) and then escalating as much as we can, since we are not be treated fairly in any way shape or form.

Great support and first class service!!! We are very grateful to Ms. Amber and Ms Carol two of the outstanding sales executive of TW Dargavel Village development in Bishopton .They have been an integral part and very helpful since the start of our journey to finally come out with a decision to choose and reserve a house to call it our new home .They are very informative, transparent and accommodating with all the queries and mind blowing doubts especially with regards to fees and extra cost needed to make our dream hone materialise into reality!!Basing from our personal experience we are forever grateful for what they have done!! May they continue to share their expertise to help others too to find their own true home!!

We have been treated appallingly by Samantha at hartburn grange Stockton we had a part exchange going through house on hold with voice mails to back this up and then she sells the house even though we are going through the process and had the valuations disgusting company to deal with avoid at all costs

After spending a lot of money on extras I'm rather disappointed when my carpet developed a fault and was told it was not your problem. Whatever happened to fit for purpose 😕!! So thank you for the response taylor wimpey..That was not the same reason as you gave my husband previously. You got the report back and stated it was a manufacturing problem thanks again for the response and different reason I'll take this further .

I feel the need to leave this review to ensure that nobody has to experience what I would describe as poor, shocking and deeply upsetting service from this organisation. Buying a home for the first time is supposed to be one of the must joyful experiences, however it has been a draining, stressful and truly abysmal experience. There has been so much wrong with both the workmanship and the customer services that it is impossible to cover in this space. I completed the purchase of my house in February 2023 and I am yet to move in because of an excessive number of issues with both the house and the service. This month I was advised that the house was clean and safe to occupy however there are tools, equipment, materials and rubbish throughout the entire house - tiles left on the floor, black bags of rubbish in the hallway, paint residue all over sockets. No clean has occurred which is standard with any new home and on no occasion was I actually advised that house was ready to occupy until I took issue with it. This is despite constant emails for an update on the work and telephone calls to the then site manager for a move date. I have just found out he has now left. I was never informed of this, and he seems to be the only person dealing with the work on the house.Furthermore, despite my request for arrangements to be made for all keys to my property to be returned to me, this has not occurred. This is clearly a safety issue as I cannot be expected to live in the address when I have keys outstanding and in the possession of people personally unknown to me.I have been made promise after promise with no delivery. I have had to point out pertinent issues such as missing downpipes to the front and rear of my home which is extremely concerning considering I do not claim to be at all versed in the trade of building houses. I have had to check on the property myself due to tradesman no shows, and no monitoring from the site managers or staff. I have had to complainant about tradesmen who have used my toilet and left it in shocking state. All of this over the course of 4 months.No aspect of the service that I have received has been commendable. The work completed has been poor, the communication and follow up throughout has been exhausting to say the least and even worse than the work itself. There is so much wrong with the service received that it is very it would sound unbelievable to describe it all in full here. I feel that it would be so wrong of me not to share my experience so that others do not have to go through it. My sincere feeling at this point is that I wish I had chosen a complete different developer altogether and all I can hope for is that nobody has the misfortune of buying a home from this company and going through what I have.

So far I found the sales staff to be quite helpful and very thorough although I did ask for a different shower head to be fitted and although the shower was not yet installed I was told that it is not possible. There was no flexibility which was disappointing.
