There was a lot of teething problems when moving in, but recently I decided to put some under stair storage in. I ripped down the panels only to find it FULL of plasterboard and crap that the builders just piled in there and boarded over

Been a fantastic experience from start to finish at the Orangery development in Droylsden , from the onset with Gareth who I reserved the plot and ordered the extras with , then with Julia and Gillian who kept me upto date with progress right upto the point of completion. Simon the site manager has been a pleasure , he runs a tight ship and has some good tradesman working for him , which is evident in the quality of workmanship in the house.

The aftercare customer service will try everything they can to avoid fixing a problem. They don't answer emails or give you straight answers. I'd never buy another taylor wimpey house just because of how bad their customer service is, many people experience this and have agreed on it. Buy old atleast you know you have to fix the problems yourself.

Both the sales team and the site team in particular Dean, Barney, Rich and Chloe are fantastic and we cannot praise them enough. This is our first house and from day 1 they kept us up to date and let us visit the site/plot as many times as we would like to watch our house being built. It’s been an amazing experience for us and we feel so great full to of seen the process from start to finish. Nothing is to much and we feel like the team at Gresley Meadows genuinely care about us as both customers and people.They made the process seem so straightforward and no question was a stupid one.Thank you all so much, we are very grateful, and would recommend Taylor Whimpy and the site Gresley Meadows, to anyone

Absolutely dreadful. I have lived in my home nearly 7 years. For nearly the last year I have been fighting back and forth to get taylor wimpey to give Internet providers permission to do a dig to fix there faulty works under the path by my property. I think Internet in this day and age is something we're all entitled too!! Not if you live in a taylor wimpey property apparently ! Would never recommend them to anybody! Bet they all have simple things like stable Internet in there homes!

Not even worthy of one star but had no choice Lived on a new development for almost 3 years and we still have no roads or street lights. The development was first started over 6 years ago !!!No updates provided to any of us and fobbed off when they do eventually reply.Snagging took over 18 months to be completed and only after having to constantly chase them. We were lucky as some neighbours have serious ongoing snagging issues. Awful company with appalling customer service with a regional team who very rarely respond to our communication
