I used the Easymover scheme, to help me sell my last house and purchase my new home. I say home as I feel very comfortable in my new build. The Newton Park development in Sleaford has a wonderful Sales team and Site managerial team. Roxy helped guide me and answer any questions I had. No matter how difficult. I had a really good purchasing experience, I was kept well informed of where the build was at, during each stage.I have since moved in and I have to say the build quality is great at this site. I would put this down to Roberto's site managing skills, his attention to detail. The trades men he looks after are also highly skilled and I can see this in their work.When someone says new build they just think loads and loads of snags, but this wasn't the case at Newton Park Sleaford. I've had five snags and I'm blow away be how few I've had. Roxy, Rob and Dave has been very helpful and quick to act to get these sorted. I'm very impressed. From this experience I would recommend anyone to buy a property at Newton Park Sleaford.

At the Chester Branch both Abi and Jess were very welcoming and Abi gave me a great deal of help and information which enabled me to feel confident about buying a TaylorWimpey home. My questions have and are in the process of being answered very quickly and efficiently. The cup of peppermint tea was very welcome on the day I came to the meeting with her too.

The worse customer service I have ever experienced!!I was swore at! Told to just use credit cards to make the sale happen!!After being swore at I decided to pull out the deal and the reply I got was yeah we understand not everyone can afford our house's. Vile, toxic sales room! And everything that happened all got swept under the rug as if I didn't even exist. If any form of TW higher management read this feel free to contact me as I have all the evidence in writing. I have tried speaking to management and nothing has been done to help.

Many thanks to Linda (sales executive at Whittlesey branch) who gave us (Joanna and myself, Nana) profound details of our new house prior to buying it which we did not get from other developers. I enjoyed the smooth exchange of our contract with the support of the solicitors and mortgage broker she recommended. Craig (site manager) and Taylor (assistant site manager) visit us regularly to check on us to make sure all gadgets are working properly. We love our new home and friend and family call our new home a palace because of the quality and the architecture view of the building, spacious rooms, and swift customer services . I recommend you to give them a ring and you will be happy.

TrustpilotThe part exchange scheme is not worth…
The part exchange scheme is not worth it, the valuation came in under £20000 as opposed to what you can get on the open market, regardless of upgrades etc and they would not pay towards the stamp duty. Also the reservation deposit is £1000 which no one mentions very expensive compared to other developers and the quality is not luxurious by any means. However customer service is ok just not very informative on costs etc.

There was a lot of teething problems when moving in, but recently I decided to put some under stair storage in. I ripped down the panels only to find it FULL of plasterboard and crap that the builders just piled in there and boarded over

Been a fantastic experience from start to finish at the Orangery development in Droylsden , from the onset with Gareth who I reserved the plot and ordered the extras with , then with Julia and Gillian who kept me upto date with progress right upto the point of completion. Simon the site manager has been a pleasure , he runs a tight ship and has some good tradesman working for him , which is evident in the quality of workmanship in the house.
