GoogleTim Russ (in particular Martin) did a fantastic job selling our house. They took the time to get to know the property and asked plenty of questions so they could accurately answer any questions from potential buyers. Martin went above and beyond to help us understand each step of the process and had a complete handle on all the parties involved in the chain, keeping us updated daily when it came to exchange and completion. Would highly recommend this estate agents.

GoogleThis is the second time I have used Tim Russ & Co Hazlemere to sell a home within the last 12 months and, yet again, they provided an exemplary service. Particularly when the transaction slowed to a snails place, Martin showed the true value of an excellent agent by carefully managing the buyer and the legal teams throughout what was a drawn out process, and keeping us informed at every step of the way. Again, very many thanks and highly recommended.

GoogleWe really can’t recommend Martin, Jo and all the team at Tim Russ Hazlemere highly enough. Martin’s advice when we put our house on the market was extremely professional. He has many years of experience in the local area, which is invaluable. When we had the unfortunate experience of a buyer pulling out, they reacted incredibly quickly to get the house back on the market and sold a second time. Jo was brilliant in taking us through the selling process; nothing was ever too much trouble and her communication was excellent. It was such a positive experience and we are so grateful to all the team for their input.
