GoogleLaura Mullen and Nicky Stottor did an excellent job of acting on a recent sale where we were purchaser. They were both fair and considerate whilst also being skilled and determined in extracting the best possible result for their client. Thereafter Laura and Adrian used their diligence and experience to bring the sale to a conclusion in a very short period. An impressive agency; I would not hesitate to recommend their services.

She is professional, friendly, responsive and goes above and beyond her remit to assist in any way. GoogleI don’t normally leave reviews but in this case I feel like it is needed for this company and team. I rented a property through Tim russ in Wendover and all I can say is from start to finish it was everything you’d hope for. Laura was on the ball with everything and the whole process from viewing to start and end of tenancy and everything in between was professional, easy and done properly first time, everytime. This is by far the best estate agents I have ever dealt with and would recommend them to all who are located within their area.

GoogleTim Russ were responsible for finding me my perfect home nestled away privately in Wendover. The renting process was and is easy and Kelly who makes regular trips over to ensure everything is as it should be is friendly, arrives when she says she will, is knowledgable and never takes more time than she needs, actually it's a bit like a friend popping around for tea sometimes, a good catch up. Fast to react to any issues, recommend heartily.

GoogleI dealt with Laura Mullen for a few months as we were involved in a rather long chain together. She was without doubt a breath of fresh air to deal with. When you are dealing with a chain where the other agents just had no clue and so unhelpful, to have someone like Laura involved, it made the whole situation so much easier. We worked as a team to get the chain moving, we spoke most days as it was the only way to get these buyers and sellers moved. I genuinely wish she worked closer to me then I may have another chance to work with her again. Laura is an absolute asset to Tim Russ, she knows what she’s doing and gets the job done. GoogleWe have had a long and complicated sale which included 2 buyers, a government run Help to Buy scheme and an international move to South Africa for us in the middle of it all. All of this makes for the stuff of nightmares, however Tim Russ and Laura Mullen in particular went above and beyond at every step of the process to get our sale through. I genuinely do not think we would have completed yet had it not been for Laura’s perseverance and determination. She spent 5 hours alone on hold to the government to try and push through some of the Help to Buy documentation; I know that ‘hold’ music will probably haunt her forever!! We are incredibly grateful and appreciative of her work, I have recommended Tim Russ to multiple neighbours and friends, our experience of this estate agent is outstanding. We were also very fortunate to have Laura looking after our purchase who was truly amazing, though no words can really describe how helpful she was. From the initial contact through to completion of the sale Daniel provided excellent service and attention to detail. The whole sales team were professional and pro-active to both buyer and seller.
