We have just purchased our new home through Tim Russ and from start to finish couldn't fault the service we've received. We have dealt with Adrian from the 1st viewing and knew as soon as we stepped foot into the property, it was somewhere we wanted to call home. Finding out we are expecting our first baby not long after the offer was accepted, Adrian has gone above and beyond to try and keep the whole process as stressfree as possible. We honestly can't thank him enough for his patiences and professionalism from start to finish. We wouldn't hesitate to reccomend him and Tim Russ to friends and family looking to buy or sell.

I have now rented two properties from Tim Russ with Laura as my letting agent and I have nothing but positive things to say. From the very start Laura took us through the process and really looked after us as we were first timers. I felt supported and cared for and she was brilliant at swiftly sorting any problems that occurred during the tenancy. When it came to moving to another home Laura made sure everything ran smoothly and was a friendly face when making some difficult decisions. Thank you Laura we are extremely grateful!

Very happy with our recent sale through Tim Russ and Co. John Horton was our main contact and he was very good at keeping us informed of viewings and the feedback from them. After losing our original buyer new viewings were quickly organised and within 2 weeks we had re-sold which meant that our own purchase was able to continue. Right up to completion day the flow of updates continued and we would - should we ever be mad enough to move again!!! - use Tim Russ and Co once again.

Rented through Tim Russ and received regular property inspection by Kelly. Always prearranged at my convenience and conducted throughly but not intrusively. Kelly has a very pleasant manner, is polite but conducts her vist and inspection in a business like manner.

Tim Russ have recently sold a flat which I inherited from my mum and Dad , It was such an upsetting time for us , Adrian was very kind , knowledgeable and professional Tim Russ Wendover are excellent, the staff are all very helpful and friendly.During the selling process Adrian was excellent at keeping me informed and offering advice . They also help liasing with the solicitors throughout which is helpful particularly as the flat was leasehold. If you are considering selling your property I would highly recommend Tim Russ When we sell our own home I will use them without hesitation Penny Ayres

Kelly Endean was an instrumental part in supporting my partner and I purchasing our first home. She was professional, kind but most importantly empathetic, going above and beyond to ensure that we were both comfortable with our decision. The Tim Russ Wendover team has been communicative and has offered advice and assistance throughout the entire process. Thank you so very much!

We were delighted with Tim Russ Hazlemere from day 1 when we asked Martin to come and value our bungalow. Knowing the area well he gave us a valuation that he felt was realistic and he and his team went into action. The photographer was very thorough and then the viewings started . Within a week we had sold and through to the completion Martin Jo and the team were at the end of the phone to assist with any ( and many ) queries. We would totally recommend them to anyone thinking of selling in the Hazlemere / Penn area. From the beginning to the end they gave us confidence .

From the outset Martin impressed us with his knowledge of the house and local market. Whilst we had a very short chain it was a challenge at times to keep the process on track. Step forward Martin and the team who made it happen for us. Thank you.

What can I say that hasn’t already been said. I’ve used many estate agencies over the years developing properties, so I can say (speaking from painful experience), Martin and the team are seasoned professionals. The process from the initial consultancy to sale, every interaction was efficient, knowledgeable, thoughtful and effortless. Importantly, they remembered the key features of my property when showing to potential purchasers. I did my research on local agencies (volume of properties in my price bracket, volume of visible boards locally, customer reviews, quality of pictures, internet searches, etc) and it certainly paid off with Tim Russ.

Heddwen and I have been very impressed with the way that Tim Russ Beaconsfield managed our sale - and indeed the whole chain, liasing with agents at all levels - to bring what turned out to be an unexpectedly protracted and difficult move …
