GoogleI have been with Tim Russ for around 5 years, I can't express enough how much the company and especially Nigel Wallace have helped over the years, I have let two properties in this time with them, when my first property was being sold, Nigel Wallace went above and beyond to find me and my son (who was then 4 years old) another property, the way he helped me you can tell he values and respects the people he works with as he didn't have to go to such lengths to help. I'm very grateful for all Nigel Wallace and the company have done for me and my son and the efforts they go to for any problems to be solved in a quick manner. Thank you !

GoogleLaura at Tim Russ was absolutely fantastic - responsive, calm and patient and nothing was too much trouble. We were a very difficult customer but she never once made us feel we were a nuisance. GoogleTim Russ helped us find a great first let in Long Crendon. Nigel is efficient and helpful when it comes to emails, visiting the property and acting as a great bridge of communication between us and the landlord. I’ve been told he looks after multiple properties, but it never cuts into his attention to our needs when we ask for aid or clarification on anything! Our move in was speedy and efficient with Joy and Nigel helping get contracts signed, adjusted if required and all necessary paperwork over to us when needed. Thanks to the team :)!

The staff were fast and courteous in dealing with my questions and in organising and vetting incoming tenants for my flat, and I have never had any reason to complain. In particular Colin Foster always went that bit extra to ensure my questions and demands were dealt with in a timely manner. A credit to the company.

GoogleThis is by far the best Estate Agency in our opinion. Some of the reasons for saying that is because: 1. They were courteous 2. They kept their promises when it came to appointments, and following up on information etc. from the sellers 3. They ensured our first house purchase was done without any complications, by working with our solicitors, seamlessly This review would not be complete without mentioning our guardian angel Fiona. From the first day she showed us the property, till the last day when she handed us the keys, she been nothing short of being perfect. Our impression about Tim Russ as a business is purely based on how Fiona worked with us to achieve our dream of our first house. We are lucky to have been guided by her, and that she was involved in this process. To honour her commitment, when she asked us if we would like to take the keys from someone else, we insisted that we would like to receive the keys only from her. After all that she has done for us since day one, it is only fair that we showed how much we respect her, by asking her to be the person who gives us the keys to our first house. We wish Tim Russ & Company all the success it deserves and would like to wish their new Managing Director Vince Courtney all the best. We would also like to wish Tim Russ a very happy and well earned retirement, and we commend his efforts in creating such a great company, who have employees like Fiona.
