GoogleA year ago I was desperate to find a rental property in Thame at short notice and over the festive season. Colin and his team at Tim Russ were absolute stars and sorted me out promptly when other agents ummed and ah-ed. A particular thank you to Laura for going above and beyond with her frequent reassurance and efficient chasing to get the sale through as soon as possible. Adrian was lovely at both viewings and he enabled us to make a fully informed decision on our purchase. We have felt supported throughout this first scary process, and if we ever come to sell the property, I know who we'll be using!

GoogleFiona of Tim Russ and Co sold my bungalow within a couple of weeks. Her help and advice was invaluable and delivered with a good sense of humour. She also has an excellent knowledge of the area. The team at Tim Russ didn’t stop there and Fiona and Karen gave me good advice with my move which was very helpful as I had not moved for some 40 years. There are a number of things I hadn’t considered when choosing an estate agent, one of them being the quality of photography. This aspect and a number of others was top class with Tim Russ and I would recommend anyone to use them .

GoogleWe have been tenants with Tim Russ for over 6 years now, we have always been treated fairly and any concerns have been dealt with quickly and efficiently. Nigel has been my property manager and deals with any issues I have and I am forever grateful that he ALWAYS responds quickly to me and tries to find a solution to any issues straight away. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Tim Russ again as I have never had any problems with the service we receive.
