GoogleAn extremely professional and efficient service throughout when we bought our house using Tiger. Nothing was too much trouble, we were kept informed along the way and found the whole experience wonderfully hassle free. Michelle from the office was an absolute star, we would definitely deal with her again in the future.

GoogleWouldn't recommend them at all for letting, very poor service and lack of communication never returned our call and in the end, we had to pup in 3 times to be able to get hold of them, the gentleman who did the viewing was very efficient although I can not say the same thing about their office staff. Very disappointed with their service and will never back to them for either buying or letting.

GoogleWe are renting a property with Tiger estates and we have had numerous issues with them since day one. We have only been in the property for three weeks and the problems that were meant to be resolved before the moving in date are still unresolved. The agents don't seem to care about their tenants, or at least they don't about us. The service one should expect is clearly lacking.

GoogleI was a purchaser and not strictly a client of Tiger, but every single thing which could be done to help me was done. I have to thank Gail Dyson for all her help in keeping things on track with the hideous conveyancing firm I was cursed with. I would recommend Tiger without hesitation, their communication and attention was spot on

Worst estate agents I've ever come across. Rude on the phone. Your nothing but an annoyance if you dare to ring them and are treated as such. If you want to veiw they need to see your bank statements, your mortgage agreement and even after that if your own house isn't already on the market then you are declined to veiw properties. How they sell any houses is beyond belief. SELLERS do NOT list with these guys if you want your house to sell. Disgusting service rude staff.

I will add to the warnings not to use this agent. We enquired about a rental and was asked to complete a form and set up an experian account so they could see our credit score before a viewing. I did all this the same day sent my form and credit report (996) and heard nothing for over a week. After chasing them up I get a email saying they were doing viewings with other people on the flat we had asked about and they would let me know later in the week what was happening. Still waiting weeks later. What a disgrace of a company.

GoogleAbsolutely shocking, awful estate and lettings agent. AVOID. I used them once in the past and then left because they found inappropriate tenants but then with another property was transferred back to them when they bought that company out. I am being held against my will on the contract of the old company and being told I need to pay 3 months management charge to leave when I never signed up with them and never even wanted them to manage my property. I am a landlord and wouldn't touch them with a barge pole and wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Far better local agents in Blackpool.NegativeQuality, Professionalism, Value

Hi Stuart, Thank you for taking the time to leave this review and it is disappointing that you have decided to use Google reviews, coincidentally at the same time that you have been emailing the company relating to the notice period to terminate your contract with Tiger Sales & Lettings. As discussed, we acquired Oystons Lettings contracts in August 2019 and your contract as most are freely assignable with no anti-assignment provisions. The reason for this being that businesses are sold and purchased, if contracts were not setup in this way it would restrict the sale and/or purchase of businesses. You were advised in August 2019 that Tiger would now be performing all of the obligations of the service contract you had with Oystons Lettings, although, if you wished to terminate the contract you could with three months notice as per the signed contract or two months notice as a gesture of goodwill if you wished to terminate the contract by October 2019. No notice was ever received following this correspondence and Tiger have fulfilled all obligations of the property management contract and continue to do so. Recently, you have requested to terminate the agreement to which we have agreed and requested three months notice as per the termination terms of your contract. We have offered you the opportunity to terminate the contract with immediate effect if you are happy to pay three months fees in advance or alternatively, we continue to fulfil our obligations of the contract until the contract is terminated after the notice period has been served. It is regrettable that you have chosen to use our Google reviews page to voice your disappointment that we are upholding the terms of a contract that you entered into and agreed.
