GoogleAbsolutely trash. Dont care about families....our bond hasnt been protected for over a year now.there all just full of it. Updated now it's still 4 years and no bond protection

I say this, as all of our bonds are registered with the DPS as is legally required, so it appears that there is some miscommunication somewhere and I would like to try and resolve this for you. GoogleI have been contacting Tiger Lettings for the past 2 months requesting viewings on their properties. I have filled out an application form beforehand in order to view properties, they arrange viewings then cancel last minute. They completely ignore emails about arranging viewings and insist on an application form being filled out every viewing request rather than finding an already submitted application form on their system. When I ring up they tell me they will contact me back just to never hear from them again. They have no interest in helping potential tenants and I can imagine this wouldn’t change once you’ve started a tenancy agreement with them.

GoogleReally disappointed. Our property was booked in for a valuation appointment. No one bothered to turned up, we rung up 30 minutes after the appointment time to see where the valuer was or what was going on, to then be told that the man doing the appointment had rang in sick and wouldn't be attending. Nice of anyone to let us know. If you can't be bothered to turn up to appointments and look after your customers when you're trying to win business then can hardly see them wanting to help sell the property once the cash is already in their pocket. Definitely wouldn't recommend.

GoogleTHE worst experience ever. As a newbie to the housing market I just felt so patronised. Constantly tell me and my partner one thing and doing another. No communication at all. I know you see a lot of people complaining in reviews which can be eyerolling but please don't waste your time. You deserve better, especially if you're new to the housing market. Much better places to go.

Really rubbish. I contacted them regarding a property and the girl was rude on the phone. Then told me it's under maintenance. Then I called about a different property a few days later and the guy told me I had to fill out a application form before I could even view it. He sent over 9 pages for me to fill out and I hadn't even viewed! Some questions were quite invasive especially considering I've not even viewed it. I filled in what I coukd and sent it back. I never heard back. Then I received an email from them asking me do I want to fill out an application form. I responded telling them that I already had and I sent it over again. Then the reaspose was a seemingly human written response telling me I need to fill out an application form. I gave up. Don't bother.

GoogleArrogant abrupt and unbelievably rude staff/receptionist. We had a budget that we weren’t prepared to go over. We put a low but reasonable offer in on a bungalow but she said owner wouldn’t accept it and didn’t pass the offer on. She then questioned why we wouldn’t go higher and was dismissive of our concerns. Our budget is our budget and certainly doesn’t have to be explained to them. I have to question if they are qualified as they have no understanding of how the real estate market works and that there has to be open and polite dialogue between all parties. Not just the opinion of an ageing woman longing for better days! We sold our house with Farrell and heyworth who were exceptional unlike this lot.

I live in the town, wanted to rent a house for my relative that is moving up here to live. They have a professional career, I own a company that advises global top 100 companies, this company wanted 6 pages of background information filling out before we were going to be even considered to do a viewing. We filled it all out and submitted it. over a week later not even heard a thing. Total waste of time. If I were a Landlord, I'd pull my properties from this company, they're likely both under staffed and poorly trained (or just don't care). The whole experience was useless, from the first call to ask for a viewing, through the paperwork process. If my employees behaved this poorly I'd be embarrassed. Tiger Estates is a very shoddy company based on my experience.
