Excellent experience selling my property. Detailed and presice instructions on what I needed to do. Great contact but not overwhelming. Chris gave an honest and open account of the market, what would work well and how best to put the property forward. All aspects handled by Chris and the team, Michael has kept me up to date as to where everything is up to and what's required. After a bad experience with another estate agent, it's great to know there is still a good one out there!! Highly recommend.

Well what can I say!!!! Dealt with both branches of Tiger and got to say never had a more 5 star service Office girls dealing with putting property on market so professional and friendly Chris Houston this man is so professional. He does everything he says he will and more, his time keeping and punctuality is a credit to him The whole process of putting my mums house in the market after her passing away has been so easy for us at this very sad time. If you want a brilliant service from an eastward agent don’t need to look anywhere else Tiger is the place to go Thank you so much guys, you are truly amazing!!!!!!

This letting agency are not reliable in any way. They never reply to their office emails and if you ring them they can be very patronising and negative. Not to be trusted. Best to completely avoid. And if you put an application in to possibly rent a property they never inform you of the outcome. You have to assume you've not been successful.

I think the non existent service I received from tiger estates was shocking. They didn't return calls or reply to emails .They blatantly lied about issues I raised with them and were very unprofessional, unpleasant and unhelpful. I feel traumatised by the way I was treated by them. I conducted viewings and found the buyer myself and even after I had been so helpful (the agent actually thanked me for all my help) they didn't have the decency or courtesy to respond to calls. I would have given a zero star rating but that's not an option unfortunately

My properties issues never get rectified. Have gone to the Council and yet Tiger Estates still chooses to ignore issues. Have asked for electricity to be changed into my name as per my rental contract and get completely ignored. Asked for my landlords details so that I may contact him direct amd they ignore me. Never choose to do any business with them.

Tiger letting wow what can I say When first move in no problems than the problems started rising damp started and mould the property is very cold to live in I was told it’s wasn’t damp when it is my daughter bedroom is very damp on the walls and ceiling’s no suitable lighting to go upstairs to the bedrooms and bathroom as am disable they don’t listen to people and report repairs and they never get done never going to use them again and am moving out of there property as they seen that they don’t like people who living with heath conditions

Awful experience from start to finish (Section 21 date) After calling the office to report damp and leaks from the flat above from August until now I was constantly fobbed off, ignored and patronised 'are you sure the paper just doesn't need stuck down' I have sent emails with pictures as requested and still nothing. 40+ times I have called from August until now, always being told 'I will call you back with an update'....nothing. Not knowing what to do I contacted the council, they came assessed what needed done and told them to get a damp survey. One week to the day from the survey I get a section 21 (letter of eviction) through the door. This is no way to treat anybody its disgusting. They will say anything to shut you up. All the jobs will need done as they will be enforced by the council whether I'm here or not so it's a pointless and unnecessary eviction all because they don't want to do the work. I feel I've no other choice than to share this 'review' as it's an awful way to do things. It's the homeowners doing but Tiger are the face of it so what else can I say! Thanks for nothing & oh, if you had checked I can get all the damp sorted through grants but now you need to pay for it yourself. But you made sure you got cental heating through my benefits before evicting me though. Now that is just low by anyone's standards.

An identical house to mine is still advertised for sale at £17k under its initial valuation by Tiger Estates; it is now under offer with a sealed bid/ best & final offer which isn't available to me although it has downvalued my own house. So, until this property has sold, it will remain on line as being for sale at £150k & there is nothing I can do about it; myself & many other home owners are now unable to market our homes at thier true value. A potential buyer for this property will be told that "it's under offer" but won't be told how much for. This leaves me & others unable to sell which I think is frustratingly unfair. I would say that this is bad practice and to have a property 'under offer' at an undisclosed amount is misleading & damaging whilst, to all intents & purposes it has sold for £150k - which it hasn't. This sort of "micro marketing" should not be allowed to happen as it may profit Tiger Estates but could cost me & many others our life investment - our unsaleable homes. How did this become part of a professional estate agent's role? I am appalled that this misrepresentation is allowed & I shall look into it further.

I write as a former tenant with Tiger. We are absolutely disgusted the way we have been treated. We were in a rented property for just over two years. Of which at no time did we contact you or cause any concerns to you. However at the beginning of the tenancy was a major red flag. However at the end of Our tenancy you have showed us the utmost disrespect by taking us through the process of claiming our deposit back through the DPS. At no stage have you made contact with us. What for, all over £80. Pathetic I find your Customer Service has failed us on so many levels. We moved out at the of August and still because you haven't bothered we are been hounded by Utility companies for payment. Don't worry they are been sent back to you. Thank you Tiger you've done a great job. We would certainly not recommend you at any cost. Sometimes it's better to respect your tenants. Good luck for the future because I think you'll need it!!! Also just to let you know they bought out Macdonald's Estate Agents. So you'll receive the same Customer service. Thank you 👍

Shame you can't give 0 stars. If you are an owner of a property don't let these liars see over letting your property because they are overseeing the property in my block of flats above me, in march 23 I contacted them to say there was a sewage leak from there property into my bathroom, a so called plumber came out (or so they said one came out, I didn't see them, so I can only assume noone called or there plumbers knowledge is very limited) I was told he came up with there was no leak, even though I had the leaks on camera dripping from the ceiling, the problem seemed to of stopped, then again over the last few days the problem started again, so I contacted them again and I had a call from one of the maintenance guys saying "don't worry we have it in hand" obviously this was a lie because again it has not been acted on, this company is one of the worse I have had the misfortune to of come in contact with in blackpool, they leave me no option but to contact the owners and claim compensation for the mess to be cleaned up, if you are looking for property maintenance don't trust these because you will end up paying more for basic work needing doing than is needed.
